I'm happy to see the increased tower cap.
They finally understood that PCs that can handle this game can actually handle more than 10 towers.
Wow the last level is insane. We held out by having a 3x5 block of bases. An amp in the middle, the rear row was all violators, the middle row which had the amp were focuses, and the front row was all drones. All were upgraded to level three and the last remaining points were put into overcharging the amp. With four people, we got it up to 699%. The violators would do like 40k damage lol.
Holy balls the last mission. Was going great right up until one of the big guys came and tore a path straight down the middle. I'm gonna need more guns for this shit.
Sanctum 1 felt really clunky when I played it. When I get my hands on Sanctum 2 I hope it has had alot of QoL improvements

I found the best way to counter it is to have a zig-zag maze at the very back of the area, next to the sanctum. And placing all of your towers there. The towers will fire down the maze from the back at the mobs, and the boss's that destroy shit will be distracted by all the walls at the front and leave your towers alone, allowing you to kill them with relative ease.
Meh.
Tried to play this alone. It's suicide. I can't play Sanctum 2 properly in single-player after play all the levels in Sanctum 1 with a friend spamming 'ebrbrbrbrb' and 'JohnMadden' in chat.
Goddammit, demo doesn't have coop. Made my friends download the demo so that we can try if the coop is worth anything. I guess not then.
Just tried out the demo to see if my machine could handle it. The performance was better than I expected when it could reach 10 FPS during firefight. Yep, gonna buy this.
Hawkins OP. Park was easy. Gatling + Cannon and you can sure that your core won't take any damage at all.
If anyone wants to play this co-op, add me, my SiMo is lonely.
New update patch notes: (May 24, 2013)
Major updates: * Resources no longer drop by the core, players recieve resources directly now. * Towers are more powerful now; upgrade bonuses at new level thresholds are significantly higher. * Players can now share their resources with other players by injecting their resources into other players, similar to when you upgrade towers. Do this by aiming at another player and hold LMB (tower resources) or RMB (tower bases). *Resources required to upgrade a tower is now displayed in the upgrade bar. *Swarm enemies (Runners, Pups, Snorkers) will come in much larger groups now instead of one at a time to differentiate them more from other enemies and make AoE better against them. Let the gibs, intestines and blood fly! Minor fixes * If a player leaves their resources are split among the other players to stay coherent with the new resource system. *Stacking Amp Tower exploit fixed - only the strongest Amp Tower now affects nearby towers. It was getting a bit ridiculous. In light of this fix, leaderboards have been reset. On the bright side however, Amp Tower damage bonus has been increased & upgrade cost lowered. * Fixed enemy scaling when players join/leave games. HP is scaled depending on what wave a player joins/leaves in. Should be more fair now. * Fixed an oversight where the wrong icons were displayed in the PC version. * Inactivity camera no longer activates when you have the map enlarged. * Button for the Sanctum 2 Wiki added in the pause menu (go contribute!) * Overcharging towers increases in speed the longer you do it. * Fixed an issue where the game couldn’t detect a save file. * Feat of Strength - Hardcore now applies the recycle penalty in survival. * Broken towers are displayed as broken on the minimap. *Perks ** Overcharge damage 500 -> 600 ** Rymdskor damage 5000 -> 4000 ** Phoenix damage boost 50% -> 25% ** Unstable core damage 750 -> 1000 ** Against all odds max bonus 40% -> 50% ** Adrenaline rush speed boost 1% -> 2%, duration 5.5 sec -> 6 sec ** Core-Tower Synergy can no longer decrease the damage of towers when used in combination with the resilient core perk
[editline]24th May 2013[/editline] Seems like they're doing the good things.

Most of the time I felt that towers are shit and they could only take out 2-3 enemies from whole wave, while I had to do all the stuff by myself. Maybe because there's no more tower spam like in Sanctum 1. [editline]24th May 2013[/editline] Posted on Coffee Stain Studios' blog
