so, if there's all these switches and shit to start the aircraft up, does that mean you need to have a key assigned to every switch? Or can you use the mouse to move your pilot's virtual finger around and flick all the switches?
You just press it with your virtual invisable finger.

might buy black shark in the morning, are the ground textures really as ugly as in the videos i have been watching or do people have it on low settings?
might buy black shark in the morning, are the ground textures really as ugly as in the videos i have been watching or do people have it on low settings?
sad to say but the ground textures in the middle of no where arnt anything GREAT, but around airfields and towns its pretty good. If you get this, add me on steam i need someone else who is new to play with!
also anyone know if FC2 fixed the cockpit FOV problem that lock on had? if it did i might get that at some point as well
another question anyone use a saitek x45 on windows 7 x64? they are cheap but im concerned about compatability, the saitek website doesnt have any drivers for the x45 at all
Wow. where do i start. Any single player mission is permanently paused. Wow great. The only thing i can play is multiplayer, which is not good because i want to know how to start the helicopter up first. so maybe if they fixed this game breaking glitch, i will be able to play the game i payed 40.00$ for.
Any single player mission is permanently paused.
How about pressing the "Pause" button next to Prt Screen and Scroll lock.
How about pressing the "Pause" button next to Prt Screen and Scroll lock.
That wont work. Anything i bind the pause button to wont work. Wow what a waste of money. should have bought operation arrowhead.
That wont work. Anything i bind the pause button to wont work. Wow what a waste of money. should have bought operation arrowhead.
The point is that the Pause button is BINDED TO THE PAUSE BUTTON by default.
The point is that the Pause button is BINDED TO THE PAUSE BUTTON by default.
Apparently, its a rare issue that not only he has had. Im trying to work it out with him right now.
Two more things: 1. When I have Auto Move to Target de-activated, my chopper seems to want to do rudder turns a lot when the rudder isn't being moved, as in, it always turns in one direction all the time when auto move to target isn't on. 2. How does one complete campaign missions? I've once killed all the enemies, but I have no clue how to complete objectives, and therefore, the mission.
1. Try trimming your helicopter every so often after using the rudder alot, the rudder will only go so far remember, it doesn't work quite the way a planes rudder does. 2. Land? :)
2. How does one complete campaign missions? I've once killed all the enemies, but I have no clue how to complete objectives, and therefore, the mission.
As far as I know, they are completed the same way the Lock On missions are completed. Once you have done all objectives, it's completed. After that you can just quit to debriefing or you can go and land the vehicle if you want, and then quit.
waylander and i played a little free flight mission an hour or so ago. It was fun until a random player came in and started to shoot us down as we took off...
that guy started doing some crazy flying when you leftmakes me sad with my horrid takeoff crashes, any idea what im doing wrong? it always seems to roll back and left even disabled the rudder on my stick during take off to make sure im not applying rudder. the basic flight procedures video refers to another video that doesnt seem to be on there site [editline]04:38AM[/editline] that guy started doing some crazy flying when you leftmakes me sad with my horrid takeoff crashes, any idea what im doing wrong? it always seems to roll back and left even disabled the rudder on my stick during take off to make sure im not applying rudder. the basic flight procedures video refers to another video that doesnt seem to be on there site

What server you guys play on?
last night it wast just me hosting, getting a bit better now took off flew around with the heli quite stable came in for a rolling landing but ended up fliping when i rolled onto the grass. cant decide if i should try IL-2 or not, fixed wing has to be easier and a old game like that ought to run better (lol at <20fps in cockpit) but i dont want to start learning another set of controls
but i dont want to start learning another set of controls
IL-2 controls are way easier than with this. In IL-2 you can do pretty fine with about 10 keys.
How do I view mission objectives in-game?
gonna run a training server for a couple of hours (how log depends on if people join), look for a server called fp training
Game crashed
how do i modify my loadout while on the apron? wish i had fraps running to take a screen of you taking off with your rotors clipped off [editline]05:38PM[/editline] gonna restart with either the good weather or night freeflight mission running

That may not be what its called but it'll be obvious once you see it.
