Demon's Souls has a good leveling and fighting system, but the storyline is weak. I haven't tried online yet though.

I can agree with torchlight. Kind of grindy, but it feels good to grind. Alot of nifty features in the game too, like putting your loot on your dog and sending him to town to sell it off so you can keep exploring.

Both of these are point and click, I've played Diablo 2, it's not good. It was good for its time, but no. And Titan Quest is not good, I have that already.

Have you ever played with MODDED Fable TLC? I made a bow that shot chickens and one that shot guards. I'm not saying the arrows turned into chicken models or anything, it shot chickens that you would run around and you could kick and such. :smug:

System Shock 2?

Granted the game is a FPS/RPG hybrid, but it's still amazing, and you don't necessarily have to use the projectile weapons to beat it.

All you need to get it running is a copy of the game (just the SHOCK folder) and SS2Tool, which you can snag from [url]www.systemshock.org[/url] - there's also some other issues you'll deal with, but that site will help cover them all.

I really don't understand why Diablo 2 is the best game ever. Maybe it's because that's the game you were playing when you were a kid, and you have fond memories. But it's really not fun, even when playing with 4 of my friends at a LAN.
