I see that the new version is apparently much more stable, well lets play some Ace of Spa- FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
Any good servers you guys recommend?
none because everyone is fucking hacking
Whoa whoa whoa! I got into a server, finally, it took me like ten ye- FFFFFFFFFFFFF x2
I really hate how the colored blocks totally break the immersiveness of the game.
He actively updated his game every week for well over a month and continues to actively listen to his community and communicate with them to push out updates. I don't care if you dislike minecraft, but that's a dumb reason.
Most content now is made by the community or jeb and you cant honestly say making a half assed 16 bit sprite and calling it a new block is very big. Honestly, its not like they're 3d modeling every single thing, and the textures aren't even detailed. The whole reason modding is so huge for it is because it isn't so hard.
Greens never seem to understand that the best defense is a strong forward defense/offensive strategy. Building a fucking palace at the back of the goddamn map is NOT a good strategy. It's like turtling in an RTS where you're not supposed to fucking turtle.
i have seen a well made fortress keep the intel safe for entire games while your team racks up many intel caps. you underestimate the effectiveness of good building.
I wish I was actually able to do something after joining a server my only working option is Esc
Got into an amazing server >Find enemy tunnel >Crouch through >Wait for enemy to appear >One comes out BOOM HEADSHOT >Spade and I find enemy tunnel, we kick ass all the way through. >Exit >Ambushed by 3 Blues
Btw, if you get the gray landscape, that means its loading/syncing. Wait for a bit, and if it doesnt load in 5 minutes, join another server. So, what servers are you guys playing on?
Oh man, just played as green. Outnumbered, we were able to rally ourselves, destroy a blue bunker that outlooked our base, and build up our defenses. Too bad I crashed afterwards.

He's gone from his one-man indie development to heading his actual company, he does less game work simply because he's doing more managerial work.
i have seen a well made fortress keep the intel safe for entire games while your team racks up many intel caps. you underestimate the effectiveness of good building.
Hell a good bunker with 2-3 firing posistions and a handful of people can keep an area suppressed for the entire game. Also, I actually really hate tunnel warfare in this game. It should be strictly limited to buildings. It's why I think it'd be awesome to have a completely flat map with a wall between the two teams. After a few minutes (5?) the wall would disappear and battle would commence. Imagine how awesome it would be with buildings firing at each other in a standoff. Then teams would slowly advance will structures and walls until they managed to overrun the enemy team.
I want to be able to kick hackers goddamnit when someone stands on a giant pillar hurling endless grenades there is a problem
This game is fucking amazing. Needs deployable (completely static) water cooled machine guns. And barbed wire.
Listening out for stuff like enemies digging under you is really useful if you're defending intel. And there's nothing like building an impenetrable fortress right on top of the intel. More occurrences like stumbling onto an enemy's tunnel and trenches would become more necessary. Also, this game needs a day/night cycle. Launching a silent assault in the dead of night would be so cool.
I just was on a server where the map was split by a huge black wall. Damn , someone must wanted to level the playing field.
Getting those errors again... :smith:
I hosted a private server and played with 10 friends for 2 hours. This game is actually fun, even if I have a terrible headache now. Those voxels man...
I just was on a server where the map was split by a huge black wall. Damn , someone must wanted to level the playing field.
Most likely syncing error. Something like that happened to me, but the wall stopped directly in the middle.
i hate servers with hackers who go to your spawn and start pretending its creative minecraft in your spawn. whats worse is they are blue hackers in the green spawn building shit so everyone shoots them then they just instakill everything over and over again aghahhaha
I messaged the creator on facebook suggesting that the game should be designed with the defenders in mind.
ITT: We don't understand Voxlap's limitations.
I think BattleTanx: GA music would fit this game pretty well, I wonder if it will have any officially supported music tracks.
how are people getting hacks for this game?
how are people getting hacks for this game?
HurrSnip
You probably shouldn't tell people how to hack
You probably shouldn't tell people how to hack
Good point. Editing.
You probably shouldn't tell people how to hack
It's fucking piss easy nonetheless.
I really wish the digging in this was more like Minecraft. One block at time.
