I shall share a war story with you. Back then, I was a mere private, fighting on the rocky mountains of our fatherland. My whole squad was killed, so I just did what I was trained for: Digging. After I dug deep into enemy territory, I decided to dig up. I came out to the let of one of those all to effective pillbox these filthy blues/greens used. I thought about my chances. Should I charge in, and shoot everybody that's inside? -No, I would be shot almost instantly, and even if I could kill everyone inside, the seemingly endless human resources of our enemy would mean they wouldn't even care. Should I storm up front and toss a grenade in? -Same as above, with even less chances of survival. So, I took my trusty pick axed, which I lovingly called "Notch", and punched a hole into the left wall of the bunker. Due to their MG-fire, which previously ripped my whole squad apart, they didn't hear a thing. The whole was barely enough to fit a grenade through. I pulled the pin as quiet as possible, and held it in my hand, counted to two, and throw it in. I jumped back into my tunnel, but I could still feel the ground shake. It exploded just as I landed face first in my tunnel, killing everyone inside, and destroying the bunker. After the smoke had clear up, I took a map I found inside, and ran back through my tunnel, and handed it to the Colonel. The rest is history. Blue/Green forever! Haha, this is awful. Literally none of the servers I can get into aren't gray-worlds.

This game does not work right. I have a dedicated server setup on my PC and i do have everything set up. Can't join.

Finally found a server that I can connect to- client.exe has stopped working

I can't select a team at all. I get to join a server. Have this grey faded landscape and down at the bottom it tells me to press either G or B, as you know, to select a team. Jack shit happens. I spam the buttons. Jack shit happens. I press every key on the keyboard. Jack shit happens. I tab out and go back in try again. Jack shit happens. I change resolutions (tried standard, 800x600 and 1920x1080), jack shit happens. Anyone had this or know what I have to do? Well, joined another server. Now it worked somehow. But still, someone know why above problems happens?

Back in nam. Blocks everywhere.
