The reason SPAAAAAAAAACE was chosen over the other two you provided is because it was at least EDITED, the other two were simply coincidental screencaps.

Hypo, we acknowledge that they're your games and it's your contest and you can do what you please, but when images that hardly qualify as "artwork" and might have taken ten minutes to make place among, and usually above, those that took several hours of work dedicated entirely to this purpose, those of us who put effort into what we made and did so specifically for this call bullshit.

You should look on the different aspects about each image (creativity, humor, quality, etc) and judge them accordingly. Don't do giveaways anymore. Please.

I got your point, the problem is: they CAN judge submissions by their opinions. How else they can judge it? Yeah, I know they can do it "6/10 for art, 7/10 for idea" way, but Hypo's one is much more interesting in my opinion. So, I got your point Killz2much, but I still have no idea what madk is talking about. Hypo judged the submissions, chosen the ones he liked the most (even if we think those are shit, I can understand how he adores them), and given them prizes. Once again: It was his opinion. i'm guessing a lot of people besides me want portal 2 which would explain why this is becoming controversial

I just find the fighting entertaining and pointless. Contest is over, deal with it. Hypo at least decided to give away his stuff. Hypo was the judge and he owned the games. He could do whatever he wanted to do with it. Christ. EDIT: @ Brandonsh. Contest ended...

Editing doesn't equal always top quality picture. Some people seem to think if a picture is edited a lot then it's amazing, View it for what it is not how hard it was to make also I think the space one was cool.
