There is no rain yet, and to get snow just keep remaking a save. Slime are deep underground.
Alternately, someone on Minecraft's forums released a tool that makes it snow. ALTERNATELY, you can use MineEdit to make it snow.
There's a lot more than just reloading maps over and over, Cheese.
What do you mean by keep remaking.
He means erasing your saves and making new ones.

Me and another guy had the idea of crafting 4 slime balls into a friendly baby slime that follows you around. If you right click it you can put it in your inventory for safety. What does Facepunch think?
Where do i get the iron ore?
Will slimes be in my mining area if i go down further?

(Homemade mining area)
Oh well, where do i get the iron ore?
from the ground, normally deeper than the surface.
to install a texture, follow brocraft's guide:
[img_thumb]http://brocraft.net/clientfull.png[/img_thumb]
and slimes will be deep in caves, so probably. They will spawn there.
Put the terrain.png in Minecraft.jar, PM me if you need more info
Iron ore is everywhere, It's the brown ore.
And finally: Yes there will be slimes
Oh well, where do i get the iron ore?
Underground or on the side of a cliff
im streaming if anyone cares

I'm not the one who can explain how to install textures easily, someone will answer you about that eventually.
You can find iron ore just about anywhere under the surface, however they aren't present in much abundance. Certain hotspots can be located by accident though, and they can usually contain a lot of deposits. Also you can't mine iron ore without a cobblestone pickaxe or higher.
Yes you can find slimes in mining areas.
anyway to get torches to stick onto glass?
Only hardcore Minecrafters watched me bring 3 baby slimes back to my house and put them in little homes on livestream.
Epic stream was epic.
Idea! The slime balls, if you collect enough, you can use them to create pet slimes, that don't dissappear, don't hurt you, and go after enemies, So you can make small slimes at first, once you get so and so many small slimes, you can have them merge into a medium slime, and enough mediums to merge into a large one. Though now, you can CHOOSE to not merge them, so you just have a swarm of little slimes roaming around your house..
Edit: Wow, Way to rate me dumb just because I used some face emoticons being silly.

I meant a mining area dug up, from dirt to mine.
