I live in sweden, i know this for a fact. Millionaire taxes was recently removed aswell, So, yeah, It's 30% for everyone now, regardless of how much they earn. Except for old people, But notch isn't old.
I don't know if paypal takes some kind of commission though, But that's the income tax of sweden.
