I somehow think that Notch might end up making multiple SMP servers, but I doubt it, as he needs to keep track of ALL the bugs, and having one server helps that a lot.

I used up several hundred cobblestone to build a one tile wide bridge to the Facepunch base in the SMP test. And then my client crashed.

They said they pretty much found all the bugs. So I think we will be good. Because really most of the bugs are very obvious and you really can't miss them.
