Spiders don't hurt you during the day as long as you don't mess with them, and creepers are the opposite. They act the same during day as they do during night.

I think Brohoster was thinking of offering minecraft servers, but I don't know if they're officially offering them yet, or what the prices are.
If I was hosting a server for some friends, it'd be local, but if I was hosting for a community, I'd definitely put some cash towards having it hosted somewhere proper.

They are not hosting them any more. I was the first to buy one. It was 8 slot and I decided to flood the server and JWJ said it takes up way to may resources so he decided to stop. But this might change when SMP comes out.
