Actually. I thought the same, but when I clicked on my file (that said -empty-) everything was still there, I just spawned at a different spot and a few things hadn't been done yet.

I'd advise you do the same, just to be sure.

Lots of people are banned for being dumb. Besides that, There isn't an official rules list anymore like there used to be. Mods can ban you for whatever they like.
