Good controls and not crashing every few minutes just because you have some tiny mod that changes a single unimportant map.
A good thirdperson.
whats wrong with gamebyro engine its pretty good
whats wrong with gamebyro engine its pretty good
lol no.
Well the fact that you just say "what now" is obvious you're lying and didn't do such a thing, you're just trying to think you're "smart".
no youre just making yourself look like the prick here
It might not be possible, but I think it would be cool if you could repair weapons/armor with scrap metal and such. Also, you can combine things to make weapons, like knife + tape + pool cue = some sort of glaive-type weapon.
Am I the only one who thought fallout 3 wasn't fun and is not picking up a copy of NV?
Am I the only one who thought fallout 3 wasn't fun and is not picking up a copy of NV?
It's why you get mods for Fallout 3.

Ambient Occlusion.

OH THE BARREL'S A LITTLE RUSTY I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER GUN TO REPLACE THE FUCKING BARREL AND THEN THROW IT AWAY.
Better shooting gameplay. If you zoom in I want to look down the sight on the gun. Not suddenly grow zoom vision.
A sensitivity that doesn't take 15 seconds to do a 360.
A sensitivity that doesn't take 15 seconds to do a 360.
Then just change it. Jeez.
Better shooting gameplay. If you zoom in I want to look down the sight on the gun. Not suddenly grow zoom vision.
They have ironsights now in new vegas
Greater use for luck, characters with the same creativity of Fallout 1 and 2. Duke Nukem quotes that if chosen will probably make anyone attack you.
Better gunplay.
YES. The repair system is fucking horrible. OH THE BARREL'S A LITTLE RUSTY I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER GUN TO REPLACE THE FUCKING BARREL AND THEN THROW IT AWAY.
If you get the PC version, they have mods to make that. Also, more voice actors? And always, new engine.
Also, more voice actors? And always, new engine.
Bleh, I want them to get rid of the voice dialogue altogether. It is incredibly annoying hearing different characters with the same voice. If they make every character unique then they can't add generic people either. I want to have a dialogue box where I can read.
Also if they're adding ironsights I want decent red dot, ACOG, or EOTech sights that don't take up a huge chunck of the screen and black out the rest. I don't really care about telescopic scopes since you wouldn't be using them in close quarters anyway.
ACTUAL STEALTH. If they're going to make it not resemble an RPG at all, they may at least make it so that you sneaking is actually factored by light/position/encumbrance/anything else most stealth games have.
Risk of turning into a Ghoul or a Super Mutant.
Sand Worms. Giant Sand Worms. Just imagine traveling through the desert, when suddenly this giant sand worm comes out of the ground in front of you and then turns it's mouth to fall directly on you when it dives back underground.

Plus, when I have to read a ton of dialogue, I tend to just skip around to important points of what they're saying.
No lag or freezing please! Also the ADS looks like it will completely change the Fallout series. Can't wait to get it! Also, Am I the only one who wants to make a flaming teddy machine gun w/ the weapon modifiers? Respond? EdWaRd ElRiC
Enemies that don't jitter around like fucking crazy. Supers flew all over the fucking place when they tried to charge at you.
What's with the fast travel hate in these kinds of games? If you don't like it, then don't use it.
Because the developers design the entire world around using fast travel and it totally sucks. Oblivion is completely boring and a massive pain in the ass to play if you don't do fast travel because frequently quests will have you arbitrarily going across the entire landmass just to deliver news. The process to join the mages guild involves travelling to every goddamn city in the entire game and doing some stupid fetchquest for the guildmaster at each city (which takes you even further around), JUST to join the mages guild (aka introductory stuff). Which doesn't get you anything except a shitty staff and robe. The world of Oblivion is completely lifeless and copy+paste because of this too. Morrowind was much more interesting to play because you could only fast travel if you payed for travel services in certain towns that had them (and they only went to other towns nearby in the travel network). So to do quests you actually had to explore the world at some point... which was much more interesting and fun to play in because of it. It also felt much more immersive and much more epic to "go into the wilds" or travel between towns. Quests were also balanced with this in mind - i.e. they wouldn't tell you to go across the entire landmass to do a simple fetchquest mission or for a simple sidequest. "Epic" missions that did do that reaped "epic" rewards, or were missions that weren't introductory ones. Fallout 3 is a little bit better since they don't let you fast travel from on the onset but it still relies too much on it in it's quest design and also the wilderness suffers because of it.
