You can indeed add more enchantments at the enchanter, although there is a chance that all of the enchantments will be wiped. This chance is small at first, but grows in percentage as you add more enchantments. The price also goes up too as you continue. The percentage of wipe-age is shown on the enchantment window when you put your item in the slot. There is also a chance that the enchanter will add a new socket.

There are mods that set the chance to always be 0% for the disenchantment. (I'm not using it though, as I am still on my first play through, and I don't have any mods.)

I'd say that using mods that set disenchantment chance to 0% would be cheating, because you can make infinitely good items without any risk at all.

You still have to pay for them lol, and the price goes up more and more as you add more enchantments.

True, but it still removes all risk of you ever losing the enchantments, so you can just keep going.

Yes, but then the game will become un-fun for the person who has done it. They will become bored, and probably delete the mod or something.

I hate it when I'm trying to add a new socket, and that happens.
1st attempt, nothing happened. 3k gold out of the window.
2nd attempt, woopsie I just lost all your enchantments hurr, I wont give your 3k gold back though :downsgun:
6k gold lost.
Then I gambled 5k for a new sword. It was even worse :bang:
All in all, 11k lost.
Bought it yesterday.
Now if only Steam worked for me :frown:

FYI folks, you're a lot more likely to find better fish if you find a fishing hole deeper in the dungeon. I've heard that the very best ones are below level 20 or so. Also, you occasionally find items with stats like +3 fishing luck which make you more likely to get better fish/items from fishing holes. What you might do is keep a set of items in your stash as a "fishing outfit" which you wear only when you want to go fishing. Then switch back to your normal outfit for fighting.

Oh piss, I was pretty happy with myself seeing as how I had no idea what the hell a hex editor is, let alone what I was doing with it. The only guide I found made it so the tag stayed in your name but you could have the shared chest thing again, so I guess I just didn't look hard enough.
Anyway, it's my fault that I had the tag in the first place. Shouldn't have messed with the console really.
I'm using the respec potion mod, the Fishmash mod, the "increase potion stack size to 200" mod, and this awesome little mod that makes "pieces of Ember" drop instead of potions rarely. They increase health or mana by 1 permanently.
I refuse to use any weapons that don't heal me on hit.
Right now I heal 60 HP per hit, and that's the lowest I've been healing in 10 levels.
I bought this yesterday, awesome game so far.

I tried the demo and it seemed pretty nice but I'm not sure if I could play it for long without losing interest though.
