I am sad none of The walking dead characters were in it, besides the Bandit and Doug. But I mean at the poker table.
They're not humourous enough
I think Kenny or Larry would make for a humorous character
Anybody having trouble downloading the Borderlands 2 skins? IT just tells me that it can't find an internet connection, even after resetting the game and Steam.
So they cant add more character, right? Then I hope this game has Steam Workshop for character mods so that we can mod the game.
I hope someone uploads the brock and ash defending sam scene as well as the ash is brocks ancestor scene
The only thing I don't like is that the characters are overall too negative towards the player. Some banter is fine, and Glados can rip on me whenever she feel like it. But when the players call me stupid if I lose a hand, "Even a moron could have won with those cards..." if I win, and even the host calling me "classless" before I even sit down is just a tad much.
Ron Gilbert wants to buy the rights, and restart it from where Monkey Island 2 left off, therefore everything from Curse to Tales never happened (actually he did say he'd consider integrating ideas from the games made without his involvement, because he did like some parts of those games, but they still won't be canon.) He hasn't gotten them yet, and he might not ever. Either way, I hope he keeps the core voice cast, they did the characters perfectly.
I doubt he'll ever get the rights. If there's one lesson Disney knows, it's that you never sell anything, ever. Even if you don't make any money off of it, you hold onto it to keep someone else from making money off of it.

Bought this on PS3 just now. Played the demo last night and kicked Ash and Sam to the curb in one go, squared off with Samson, and beat him. GLaDOS telling me she had a joke to tell but wouldn't unless I bought the game is what made me buy it. This joke better be fuckin' hilarious.
It's right there in the title.
i'd love to see a poker night with big boss always calling para-medic for advice remember the basics of gambling snake
I'd vote Gustaff Brackman or Gauge for another character. "These cards are my tip of the spear. Oh yes."
Kenny from Walking Dead Bender from Futurama Frank West or Chuck Greene from Dead Rising Hoxton from Payday The Administrator/Helen from TF2 as Dealer That'd be rad as hell.
What is "Steal a Hand at a Turn"?
What is "Steal a Hand at a Turn"?
When the fourth card hits the table, go all in. Trust me. I'm a [del]doctor[/del] [del]professional poker player[/del] helpful person.
When the fourth card hits the table, go all in. Trust me. I'm a [del]doctor[/del] [del]professional poker player[/del] helpful person.
Thanks, Danke, Gracias, Merci! Edit: I did it, and Sam and Brock went all in and I eliminated both.
I kind of want to see an adventure game in the style of Myst or Penumbra set in the Inventory. Penumbra in controls only, of course. No naked zombies tromping around.
you have really bad taste
...the joke was that they're the 4 most depressed characters in video gaming.
I played Poker Night 1 again for the first time in a long while to see how it holds up to Poker Night 2 and its constant all ins By contrast, every character would fold if I ever dared to bet more than $1000. It was kinda sad.
That's my other problem, if you ever go like over, 5thou, they all shit their pants also, why are they so hostile if I fold they all make fun of me but no one makes fun of brock or claptrap and "EVEN MAX WOULDA FOLDED THOSE CARDS" I had a pair of Kings eat SHIT sam you had a pair of aces
This is why, considering the path Poker Night seems to be following, I'm a little apprehensive to see new characters in later titles I'd probably lose my cool if Mario said I was a shit poker player
Eh. I just think there's potential for something fun, but whatever lezbehonest if there weren't TF2 hats these games would do poorly they're functional but there's not enough there to keep me interested it in for long [editline]1st May 2013[/editline]
Kenny from Walking Dead Bender from Futurama Frank West or Chuck Greene from Dead Rising Hoxton from Payday The Administrator/Helen from TF2 as Dealer That'd be rad as hell.
Frank West needs to be in more things
Bender would be a great character for this, he's got the right amount of being insulting and being funny.
so I actually got this game, and only after playing a couple hands do I realise I have no fucking clue how to play poker
Bender, the MC Bat Commander, Soldier, and The Question. Would buy a 4-pack and give the extras to my friends. [sp]But it probably wouldn't work for me, I mean this one doesn't...[/sp] [sp];_;[/sp]
Bender would be a great character for this, he's got the right amount of being insulting and being funny.
"to hell with your texas hold em. ill make my own texas hold em. with blackjack. and hookers."
Is it just me, or does the AI get ridiculously fucking lucky on showdowns
I once lost with a three of a kind to the last card making up a flush. Also I once got dealt two aces, there was one on the table and some trash cards. Brock raises, I call. Next deal he bets, I go all in. Turns out he was betting on a pair of 6s, but he ends up with a flush because of the last card.
