Nightmare House 2 Released! - Games

Pretty awesome stuff. [sp]The Mannequin part made me uneasy, and the part where you turn off the power to meet the SWAT member only to find that he is another mannequin. God Dammit.[/sp]

I don't want to play this and ruin my night's sleep :(

This mod is fucking amazing.

I just finished it, probably the best singleplayer mod I've played. Also, what happens when [sp]you choose to leave the hospital instead of fighting him?[/sp]

This mod is beyond Valve quality.

I must say, after playing only the prologue, it's scarier than any other game I've ever played. Even F.E.A.R. wasn't this scary. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to finish it, though.

I mean. Jesus christ. I was expecting a meh mod, but I get probably the best singleplayer mod I have ever been lucky enough to make contact with. Broke my automerge..

What was really awesome was that [sp]you find out that the guy who you thought was helping you caused this whole mess. He killed his wife, who made you crash your truck at their house, and she took you to the hospital, and used you to kill him. Also, the guy was mindfucking you all along. The hallucinations, the mannequins, I bet the zombies in the entire hospital weren't even real at all.[/sp]

What the [sp]SWAT team leader(Who I Really liked because him and his team had believable, likeable personalities, I was sad when they died) tells you about how you've been mindfucked this entire time[/sp] was fucking EPIC. Just beat it. 10/10. [sp]The part with the mannequins was my favorite. I shat bricks when they circled around me.[/sp] Also the boss fight at the ending was interesting. Didn't understand what to do at first. [sp]loved watching her throw around the doctor.[/sp]

Can't wait to play this, but I can't because I want to sleep :(

Finished it, oh my god this was the best mod I ever played. 10/10, they should make a retail game.

They need to make a multiplayer version of nightmare house. I think it would be funny to just hear people scream over their mics.

Im so glad after reading this thread, that people are saying its scary and a 10/10 I havent seen a scary mod since Afraid of Monsters DC and the Cry of Fear Trailers. Downloading now, cant wait to play.

I loved the easter egg. Pretty easy to find. EDIT: Actually, there's two easter eggs.

It was awesome. I liked every bit of it.

I swear the [sp]intercom voice[/sp] reminds me a lot of the [sp]intercom in the penumbra games[/sp]

ending reminded me of portal. [sp]I'm going to destroy you! With science, of course.[/sp]
