They're not fast, just cartoonish and unrealistic, like in their anime cartoons, and I don't know about you but I don't want to have shitty* anime animations in my games.

like somebody said before, you need a korean ssn to sign up, which is sort of like our version of identification. it's given to us at birth using when we were born, if we're a boy/girl, and then some random numbers at the end. if you do indeed come across a korean ssn online or offline, congratulations you just committed identity theft.
