megaten is great, it is one notch down what you are looking for though.
divine souls is great and have dmc type combat, i played the stress test about a month ago and loved it. no real news on when close beta is supposed to come.
dungeons and dragons online has what you want, but i didn't like it
fantasy earth zero also has what you want, but i had no idea what i was doing in that game.

Ok I tried out Megaten.
It's a bit hard to get used to but if I can't find a better one I'll stick to it.
Face of Mankind
darkfall and MO are absolutely awful, try out planetside if you haven't done in the past; for new players its an absolute blast
pun not intended
Face of Mankind is like a Si-Fi MMO version of Counter Strike. It's completely run by players, so don't expect the dev team to just hand out engrossing quest lines.
I liked Face of Mankind around the time it first came out right up until I realized every time I left a non-PvP area (markets, etc.) I would immediately get raped by someone with a rifle 4x as good as mine and armor that made me look like a plebian.
Game had some serious balance issues, tell you what

This. Good game if you don't mind the steep learning curve and the groups/individuals that kill you randomly. If you are going to play it, look out after yourself.
Cabal Online
lol
Played Face of Mankind. Left when the big ex-FDC army which was in CMG left and when the ex-FDC leaders got banned. No idea how the community is now, but the game itself is great.

That was an amazing game. I quit because I got bored of the LED.

Its nothing like Counter Strike. Its a very political game.
