Modnation Racers on the Vita. The driving physics are so exaggerated and frustrating. You can be in first place only to have a wall look at you funny, sending you back to eighth. It sucks because the whole 'make your own race tracks and carts and stuff' is a really nice concept but it's really not fun to play.
Metroid Other M
Mirror's Edge for full price.
Heroes of Might and Magic IV
Such a disappointment. It wasn't so cheap when it came out either.
From Dust.
Alpha Protocol.
I expected a fully fledged open-world spy RPG. (That's what it was promotioned as since the first word came out about it).
I got a linear game with very limited choices and very few RPG elements.
Iron Man
what a fucking terrible port, ugh, and steam didn't help with the misleading images
Monster Hunter Tri
Call me casual but while the combat was alright the lack of a lock-on button was really irritating. One good thing came out of buying it though; I now have a classic controller.
Lost Planet 2 - I really liked the first one but the second one has horrible PC controls, a story with no characters (just some nameless clone-like soldiers), a multiplayer-ized singleplayer mode (made for 4 players, no difficulty thanks to unlimited respawning, horrible balancing (the standard rifle is the most useful one in many situations), almost no present AI and what else makes it horrible
Company of Heroes Tales of Valor - 15€ for 9 missions on 3 maps and nothing much else was a waste of cash (at least in comparison to Opposing Fronts)
and all the games I didn't play much for various reasons:
Altitude, Battlefield 2, Braid, Cities XL, Civilization IV, Frozen Synapse, Magicka, Oblivion, the first three Oddworld games, Shank, SpaceChem, Stronghold 2 and VVVVV.
- Simcity Societies
- Sims 3
Brink. Fun game, but...well, it died out pretty fast.
The Old Republic
Trackmania United Forever
The Old Republic
Civilization 5
The Old Republic
TF2.
Blacklight Tango Down. Oh my god. Everytime I look at it in my Steam library, I just feel like destroying everything around me while screaming at the top of my lungs.
And Guitar Hero On Tour. Damn, the selection was horrendously small and just horrendous.
GRAW. Very boring/"normal" gunplay with terrible AI, frustrating checkpoints and a very dull plot. Was naive enough to believe they'd do something interesting with the concept. Went back to playing SWAT 4 or 3.

I regret getting Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, I bought it so I could give the series a try but it just doesn't click with me at all.
And yes, the lack of lock on is awful, and is a lot worse on the PSP, since there is only one analog nub.
Legacy of Kain: Defiance.
Probably the most disappointing sequel I've played.
Shattered Horizon, Test Drive Unlimited 2, Gothic 4, Bulletstorm, and Brink are my personal regrets.
X3. Good lord. It looked so cool, but I did not expect the learning curve to be higher than that of EVE. Sometimes it uses the same key for multiple commands, and doesn't tell you how to differentiate between the two.
"Press S to sell goods in your cargo bay!"
S
"Successfully remote detonated all of your space stations, traders, and fighter ships."
Singularity.
It was a decent game but not that decent that I would've spent money on it if I would've known how CoD-ish it was.
I would've gladly played it for free, but since I paid more than ten euros for that piece of fuck, it was a bad trade. Don't buy it, fellas.
Mortal Online
For PS3:
The Sims 3 -- Boring without friends or mods.
Skate 3 -- Skate 2 was so much better.

Really?
Bloody Good Time, no one plays it anymore!
Half-Life 2 Deathmatch..
Darkest Of Days..
And Arma 2, but that's probably because i haven't played it online.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for PS3, because the online does not work at all. It's broken.
I have no problem with it, I play it all the time.
For me it has to be Brink. You see I pre-ordered it at £40. I saw the specs said dual core, which I don't have, but most games say that but runj anyway. Not Brink. Simply refuses to run if you don't have dual core. Caused some people a lot of problems if their system used a pseudo-dual core, eg 2 singles.
So I pre-ordered a game for more than double it's currant price, and still haven't gotten to play. I was so hyped for it too :c
Shattered Horizon, Test Drive Unlimited 2, Far Cry 2, and Rainbow Six: Vegas 2.

Actually I had alot of fucking fun with Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. Shattered Horizon was a cool concept but ehhhhhhhhhhhhh it's not that great. I definitely regret buying Dead Island, Universe Sandbox, and RAGE.
