God they're so fucking terrible. Well SF4 is ok but compared to other fighting games like BlazBlue or Guilty Gear, it doesn't have a chance.
F.E.A.R. 2 - Not bad, but lacks the scares of the original, relies more on jumps. And where the hell is all the dust effects?
Battlefield 2142
STALKER - tried it at a friend's house, liked it, bought it, installed it, played it for 4 hours and stopped.
Call Of Duty 4 - The other ones (excluding 3) are much better.
UT2004 - Crappy music, weird looking weapons, and overall doesn't even feel close to the original unreal tournament.
Nice amount of content, but just doesn't live up to the expectations UT99 has created for me.
And they fucking BUTCHERED Xan's head in that. I mean wtf? the top of his head is a flat disc? The UT3 custom model of Xan looks way better. The original Xan was awesome.
UT2003 - bought this before UT2004. Basically, the only fun me and my friend had in this game was on the level with the pit in the middle with all the hoops. We used to drop down and kill ourselves just to see who could get their dead body through the most hoops. I didn't enjoy 2004 but it lasted much longer than 2003.
Halo - most overrated game on the planet, just a typical shooter with below-average gameplay. It still beats the crap out of all of it's sequels though.
Gears of War PC - I'd rather stick to Unreal 1. GOW is more geared toward the general lower-expectational graphical whore Xbox population.

That is your problem, seriously, i had the same card for the year, and brought GTX 260 two days ago because my 8800gt was giving black screen and looping sound on EVERY game i tried to run! I got this issue two times in past year, but i fixed it with changing fan speed. and when that happen in the last time... i tried EVERYTHING from BIOS update, to changing my OS from win7 to XP, to resolving IRQ conflicts, to power issues, to installing new drivers, old drivers, drivers designed to prevent BSOD, to checking RAM.

FO3 is the ONLY game I've had problems with with my 8800GT. Everything else runs as smooth as hot butter down a hill.
