Try it with the dozens of mods for it, like L.U.R.K for example. The mods are what make it so fucking awesome.

It crashes if I try to join a multiplayer server.
The boss on the first level can be killed by sticking the painkiller in a wall, getting the boss caught in the laser beam and then waiting for a few minutes as his health runs down as it just jerks back and forth shouting "FOR EVIL!", IIRC the boss is also just a large version of one of the regular monsters.
I can't play the second level, Why? It spawns me outside the map.

Like FEAR but shit. They sorted the combat out but it wasn't scary at all. Played it through once, replayed a couple of levels and spent 30 minutes online. Now sat on the shelf in much the same state as Call of Juarez.

Like Oblivion but shit. The exploration is still there and that's good but.... uh, the combat *shudders*. Any game where you have a 10% chance of hitting someone with a sniper-rifle from 20m away is not a game I want to play. Mods made it bearable for me, but not worth the purchase. Oh yeah and no one ever said "stop right there, criminal scum" or anything even remotely funny like that so I was severely disappointed.

One of the most dull games I have ever played. I am so glad I got it for £2 in Steam's Januray sales. The whole game is based around going to do a simple task like "hey, go and talk to this lady over here and then you can leave Rapture forever" and then when you get there it's "oh no she's dead! Now go and take photographs of enemies like fucking Pokemon Snap and then I'll let you through this door to repeat the process with another character for the rest of the game!". Wooooo. Over-rated. Good art-style =/= good game.

Pretty poor. You couldn't even move while aiming down the sights. Who thought that was acceptable? Goldeneye 64 was more advanced than that. Oh yeah and SS guys with MG42s firing off the hip who's gasmasks can take two sniper rifle rounds to the head. Lame.

Seriously meh. Was okay for a couple of hours, but I would much rather play the original (and that isn't just me looking back fondly, because recently I played that game and it was [i]so[/i] much fun). Again, I'm glad I got it in the January sales.

I actually enjoyed this game, and took a long time completing the challenges, but the copy-protection on the disk has somehow stopped me from playing Medieval Total War 2 so now I wish I never bought it.

This was a depressing game. It was far too slow for my liking and the shooting mechanics were terrible. And why they didn't bother to put a "wait" or "sleep" mechanic in the game is beyond me, because I was forced to do half of my missions in the pitch black. Once again, I am lucky I got it in the January sales.
MOH- Airbourne- Boring game with a boring gimmick that served no real purpose. Had nazis who wielded huge gattling guns and took 5 shotgun blasts to the head.
Fallout 3- Every time I try and get into this game I get frustrated by having no ammo and those stupid crab things that take 10 shots to the head to kill.
UT 3- Do I really need to say why? Plus gave me a head ache every time I played it.
