Call of Duty: Black Ops Counter Strike: Source (Because of VAC) The Orange Box (Because of VAC and Team Fortress 2) Aside from that I rarely ever buy something I regret later.

Borderlands, Brink, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2
Mind if I ask what you don't like about VAC and Team Fortress 2?
From his STEAM profile: VAC status: ban(s) on record
Dawn of War 2 Retribution. The campaign missions are the same for each race. Completely.
Command & Conquer 3 and Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 They were not good. Especially considering I got them on the 360.
Dead rising 2. I mean, holy fuck, capcom, is it THAT HARD to add checkpoints and autosaves to a game?
I never really played L4D2 much. I'm not even sure why. I loved the first one and I played it a lot. I wish I hadn't bought Borderlands. I got it in a sale so I can't complain too much. I also think buying GTA:IV was a waste since I already had it on 360, though again it was in a sale. Other than that there is Killing Floor but in all honesty I never gave it much of a chance. I really should some time.
Il-2 Sturmovik 1946
HOW DO I FLY THIS PLANE?!
I have a lot of games that I got for really cheap on sale but never actually play. The first that comes to mind is Max Payne, I will literally never play those games. But they were on sale for like 5$ for the whole series so I bought it.
Il-2 Sturmovik 1946
HOW DO I FLY THIS PLANE?!

this was one of my best purchases ever
Mind if I ask what you don't like about VAC and Team Fortress 2?
I was Vac banned, which is why I regret these purchases. The funny thing is I never actually used a cheat in a source engine game; which is what threw me off. I guess I have a negative disposition towards games with an Anti-Cheat system that basically acts as DRM. Sure, the people who don't get banned will support it (they are under the impression that all of the bans are legitimate), but the legitimate players who do get banned end up having to re-buy the games on another account. And that is a real rip-off. Oh, and I just didn't like Team Fortress 2, everything else on the OB was worth the money though.
Arma 2, WoW, Far Cry 2, and MW2. Arma just because I coudn't get into it, WoW because it was boring as fuck, FC2 because, "JAM JAM JAM, DO THE SAME MISSION OVER AND OVER, JAM JAM", and MW2 is self explanatory. Oh and Starcraft 2, I just hated the multiplayer and the campaign wasn't all that replayable
From dust. :( It looked so good.
super meat boy using the keyboard
Il-2 Sturmovik 1946
HOW DO I FLY THIS PLANE?!

I remember the first days. Hmm what's this? Quick Mission editor? Well lets just pick a plane and star OH FUCK THE FUCK OH NO YOU DIDNT [editline]18th August 2011[/editline] IM FUCKING HAPPY I BOUGHT IT THOUGH.
Il-2 Sturmovik 1946
HOW DO I FLY THIS PLANE?!

But that game is awesome. I don't truly regret any game purchase I've made, but if I had to pick one it would be Silent Hill: Homecoming. It's not a bad game, but it wasn't worth the $40 USD it was when I bought it.
I got some serious buyer's remorse for paying 11€ for upgrading my account to Elite Agent in Global Agenda. Didn't really even know that the game's on the verge of it's death. Such a shame, it felt like a pretty neat game.
-Far cry 2 -borderlands For the exact same reason
Vampire Rain. Yechh
From Dust.
Homefront: Could never even finish it Far Cry 2 Call of Duty: Black Ops (I know I will get hate for disliking a CoD since it's getting 'cliche' here on FP, but I can assure you I dislike it genuinely)

Did you contact Steam Support? Because I heard a windows update VAC'd a bunch of people and then complained and eventually Valve unbanned them withing a few days, noticing the mistake.
Borderlands, Heavy Rain, Mafia II. I think I just expected something a lot different from borderlands. Heavy Rain was really great, but I didn't feel it was worth $60. Mafia II felt empty, apparently the devs cut tons of content from the game before the release for some reason. Also I paid $60 for it.
Il-2 Sturmovik 1946
HOW DO I FLY THIS PLANE?!

It's not that hard. That game is worth it, you just have to put in some time to get to learn it. A joystick would be a big help too if you don't have one.
Black ops. That is all.
From dust.
I don't think i've ever made a purchase i've regretted that bad. enter the matrix maybe but shit you gotta admit, while buggy it was insanely fun. i never encountered any bugs with it though but maybe i'm lucky. i regret buying arma from the atari site. complete bullshit, you had to pay to get an extension on how long you could download it for, now here i am like 4 years later wanting to play it again... fucking waste of 40 dollars. at the time it ran like shit on my comp but that was way back when... when i was loaded down with porn viruses and other shit like that. back then i couldn't play splinter cell chaos theory on low, now i can play it on high no problem.
-Far cry 2 -borderlands For the exact same reason
I finished Far Cry 2, but it was a chore to do so. Borderlands I logged about 70 hours on, only 5 of them multiplayer. I really enjoyed that one :)
Brink, Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops(though zombies was alright), Soul Calibur 4.
