If you look at the bottom you'll be able to see the different "Sheets" in the project file.
If you look at "Auditions" you'll find that that's where we're keeping all the auditions.
The idea is that we upload something to youtube, or some type of [b]STREAMING[/b] online audio service so that everyone can check it out.
to submit an audition just say what (by title) audition you're trying for and then give us a link.
We'll end up filing it.
The posts here that are auditions should be marked with "agree" or "disagree".
That would really help develop some perspective around who is best fit for the job.

I'm assuming you mean Fraps or a screen recording software instead of capture cards, I'm pretty sure we have a few people who do, I put myself down for filming as a secondary job incase others aren't available to record.

Just run MC in 3D and record using the screen capture rather than hooked capture, will work fine.
But the camerman will have to edit unless you want to be slinging 40gb of AVI around all the time.

well if you watch his commentaries he tends to have a naturally good speaking voice and I dont think that its possible that he could "hold anyone back"

I'd like to honestly be 2 hours... because we have a story for it.
But I don't want to kill my comrades in the process. So an hour might be manageable. But if everyone is having fun, then I'm gonna keep running until we got the whole story covered in great detail.
At first, I thought this wasn't going to happen, but it sounds like you guys are making great progress.
I vote for a whole movie in one video, instead of parts.
I think the idea of having Notch appear is great. If you can get him to actually be in the movie, you should leave nametags on there in a way that only Notch's nametag is visible, not so much for proving that it's really Notch, but because I think it would look funny.

The idea of splitting into chunks is more of a youtube size limit thing than anything else, if there is a way to host the whole thing as one big video I'm sure that will be done.

Yea, but we don't have a channel available that can host a video that big, add to that we may wish to have a channel exclusively for the movie.
Also I recorded the conference we just had, I hope to do this for all our future conferences so we have no excuse to forget things.
