I beat the game and got this ending: http://www.pentadact.com/category/conwaysblog/?K=17&U=27&C0=1&E1=2&C1=5&E2=3&C2=4&C3=1&C4=1&C5=1 It's a good game, better than most indies.
Is there a way to get more money and skill points or am I going to have to cheat to unlock everything ?
Is there a way to get more money and skill points or am I going to have to cheat to unlock everything ?
Did you do the bonus objectives? I managed to buy everything. At least I'm pretty sure I did.
For some reason I'm not getting any music in this game anymore. :suicide:
Did you do the bonus objectives? I managed to buy everything. At least I'm pretty sure I did.
Yeah I did. I've relaunched a game from scratch to get the other choice related objective that you can't get by just replaying another mission.
Oh yeah finally finished after playing it bit by bit for not wanting it to end too abruptly. Got this: http://www.pentadact.com/category/conwaysblog/?K=6&U=8&C0=1&E1=2&C1=6&E2=2&C2=6&C3=3&C4=2&C5=1 Now I may work on the OP
Did you do the bonus objectives? I managed to buy everything. At least I'm pretty sure I did.
The window breaking one is the only optional one really worth getting anyway.
I really like this game's sense of humour.
I made a level that requires you to use different glitches. It's pretty neat. You need the gatecrashers to beat it though. https://www.dropbox.com/s/1ex9oply7zfem5y/g%5D%5DL%20%20iT%25.cH_.lvl
How do you guys get more bullets for the resolver, or do you only get 6 for the whole game?
Wow, I just found out that you are not supposed to dodge the enemy assassin's pounce thing on the last level. I always did because I figured it was a better idea not to get hit. Also kind of funny, the glass on the window doesn't break if only he goes through.
Is there any way to play the other end mission that I didn't choose without wiping my progress?
I really like this game's sense of humour.
The way you can be a sarcastic bastard and no one gives a shit is amazing.
I like that one part where your to dialogue options are something like "From who?" and "From whom?"
I like that one part where your to dialogue options are something like "From who?" and "From whom?"
I like the demo dialogue where you incidentally get another person framed for that murder and your choices are like "Oh" and "Ah"
For the last boss, I wired up the switch to his gun, so he committed accidental suicide. Which was fun.
I was about to rant about how this game required a dual core to run properly. then i downloaded the demo. cool relief... this game is pretty fuckin awesome. [editline]6th June 2013[/editline] this would be cool if they somehow put it on mobile
Made a quick shitty batch file to help copying custom levels https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10437436/copylevel.zip Put the .bat file in your gunpoint folder, same place as Gunpoint.exe Then set .lvl files to open with it (right click, opens with, change, browse, find the bat file and select it) It should copy lvl files straight into your levels folder, and ask if you want to overwrite them
How do you use that thing to rewire guns? I can't pull lines to or from them to anything it seems.. Is it bugged at the moment? I did buy that upgrade.
How do you use that thing to rewire guns? I can't pull lines to or from them to anything it seems.. Is it bugged at the moment? I did buy that upgrade.
It uses up a shitload of battery, make sure the icon isn't greyed out when you go into the wire view
Just completed it. I like it a lot. Got the soundtrack edition. But I beat it in like two hours. Still, I enjoyed it much more than some longer games. Guess I'll have to play it through and try some other things out.
This + soundtrack = the best thing ever
Can anyone hint me what to do on a mission when you have to lock some guards in rooms with motion sensors, then fall through the glass floors? I don't know what to do with guard below
I do really need to get the soundtrack on my phone
Can anyone hint me what to do on a mission when you have to lock some guards in rooms with motion sensors, then fall through the glass floors? Also just turn the lights out for the bottom row.
I found this speed run.
how did he do collins: intex i cant rewire the door to the objective it has no connection
Huh, neat. This game was made by Tom Francias, former editor in chief (I think?) of PC gamer magazine UK :v: I always thought he was a dunce for rating ME3 so highly but rating Hitman Absolution so low (for absolutely contrived reasons that amount to "wasnt exactly like blood money ;(" ) and thinking he had some higher authority on game design because he was making a game, and lo-behold his game is Gunpoint and its actually pretty good :v: [editline]9th June 2013[/editline] Also, he said it was short mostly due to time and not wanting to make a game nobody actually finished thanks to time, and the fact that its made to be replayed in a sense. I think it would be a really cool idea if he did a free update of sorts of a kind of mini-level pack to add on a couple of hours of more gameplay since it sounds like people want more of this formula but aren't able to get it. And people like me don't like replaying games at all so :v: Hell he could even sell it for a buck or two, I think that would be perfect.

I hope he fleshes out the editor a bit more. It would be cool if he got level sharing on steam workshop but I doubt that'll ever happen.
