I changed my download location and it seems to be working now. I used the Netherlands server(s).

Ok I live in the Netherlands and I got an amazing 0 to 10 kb/s there in the Urals in Russia I get 400 kb/s and sometimes drops to 50 so if you're getting shit download speeds download from some shithole.

Agreed, using Siberia as well.
Moscow is also high-speed.
Thailand's servers died pretty much. I started dling with 1mb/s from there, and changed to Moscow after it went down to 60 kb/s
Siberia server has kept swinging between 500 kb/s and 2 mb/s for me. However, my friend says his speed sucks on it, weird.
