Can someone make like a starship troopers map that you defend a place and hordes and hordes and hordes of tiny and medium enemies come?
I think this is the perfect game for a map like this.
Ugh, so many problems with this game for me, I try to connect to a server and it just hangs at "connecting to game"

If "Play map" is a checkbox, uncheck it. It fucks up in Hammer too.

If you want press the promote box next to your level, it resets you rank and gives you a star. Also, you gain nothing new if you do.
Fuck, I love punching burning Swarm. One punch sends them flying, as they turn into ash.

He's the generic soldier guy, gets some bonuses, and gets a few special weapons.
Anyone happen to know how to run custom maps? I am trying to run one but it says Steam Validation rejected.

I always go Heavy with autogun and ammo pack and shield.
If you reload the ammo pack, you get it restocked, so you never run out. So I can spray and pray with the autogun and never run out of ammo, and still be credit to team.

That sounds like a good idea because I'm always running out of ammo but that would only work on maps that you know you don't have to hold your ground and defend, which the sentry gun makes a hell of a lot easier to do. Maybe if someone else takes a sentry with them I guess.
Do you get 2 stars if you reach 27 again?

Considering the prestige gives you nothing special, and is only a for fun thing to extend the life of the game. No, I think not.

I did it. Why not? I only use the proto-rifle, pump shotgun, and welder (sometimes flashlight). Yes, it's basically prestige, but unlike CoD it doesn't take a week to reach max level, and you don't [I]need[/I] all the late-game guns/attachments.

Why not? Autogun is the only/best gun that you need...
Man, tried the first level on insane just for the hell of it with a buddy, as soon as you get to the boxes you need to melee out the way, you get attacked by those annoying flying twats and then a bit further in there's the facehugger thingies and the big blobby creatures that spawn them.
Man, really going to need a 4 man team to get through that!

No this happened to me, one of the parasites (facehugger things) flew over the door and killed someone, then we got bumrushed and died before even getting to the next room.
I swear to god that parasite was hacking or something, it FLEW OVER A DOOR.

Stop the enemy before they touch you and heal the infested with the autogun.
