The final surprise has to be a new game. DOTA2 seems really minor in my eyes, an Alien Swarm-like project. Not to mention there are probably a lot of employees that are not helping with the release of TF2/L4D/Portal 2 content.

Considering the fact that DOTA is a popular game amongst many gaming circles, it should be considered a surprise. Even though I don't like DOTA, I admit that it was surprising and kinda neat to hear that Valve was spearheading DOTA 2.
Besides, there's still another surprise in store, so don't be so livid.
