Seems I am banned for breaking the construction rules, and although I do apologize I would like to point out that given the freedom of choice is detrimental when certain faction areas are far away / unconnected.
The freedom of choice is detrimental given the fact that due to a vastly minor server population and the absence of information of how many people went into what faction newcomers are to grasp at straws on which is the most populous place and where Roleplay could be garnered, in which they either chose right or chose wrong. I looked around and chose the goblin faction, in the first hour of my gameplay on this server I realized that no one is nearby and my efforts to roleplay were in vain because of the absence of local roleplayers around the goblin starting point.
The Goblin faction is unconnected with roads towards other factions and can be argued that the reason for this is because the goblin faction is so far away and is also very underpopulated with the reason that it's an antagonist group.
I would prefer that instead of me being banned for an unknown amount of time I request that I be unbanned but be moved to a faction place where people are known to gather and Roleplay to develop.

While we know the goblins are super underpopulated, there's not much we can do about that, nobody wants to be a goblin, primarily because they're underpopulated. If you had simply said "I don't enjoy my current race" or asked somebody before picking one, then you'd of ended up in a better situation.
What I don't understand is why you take a lack of RP and a lack of paths as an excuse to build a giant base of doom, which is against the rules unpermitted.

May I please be allowed in and a faction change because there's no other goblins.
I was led to believe the goblins had atleast a few players active, seeing as they looted Khortal; did those fellows get banned/leave while I wasn't looking?

One of the goblins went to the Dwarves, one is no longer active. We have one more left, and he isn't what you'd call a regular either.

Building should be done in a realistic fashion, that means that you can't be the master of all trades, if you need to dig a place out and wall it up, hire a builder.
Buildings are supposed to be set pieces and stages for the actual roleplay, and is therefore very important for the immersion, hence it's not an excuse to say "I am not finished" when you have a bad-looking construction. An unfinished construction should look as an unfinished construction would in real life. [B]The players should be able to use any construct at any time as a set piece or a stage for their roleplay. You've been unbanned, but try to not break the rules again, they're there for a reason. If you have problems with the factions or the inactivity, talk to your faction leader or one of the moderators/admins. To answer both yours and Dan's question they haven't been banned but they live in the US so they're not on that much due to the server mainly being populated at Euro-friendly hours.
