That would make you a farmhand. There's some coins in the wheat chest to pay for your help. Ramon should have access to it.

Exactly, I gave Tranny some wheat too (to make bread (see your shared chest)). For the most part will he be taking care of your farm while you are off,
plus he bake bread of the wheat. Also you can change things with Tranny (like: "I dont want you to farm my land every time"), since you are the boss over the farmland and it's animals.
If he could focus on breeding and killing cows that would be great. I'd like to see an increased stock of leather and raw beef.
It's good sign that nearly all the Hrafnandi folks live in Europe.

Not a soul, it functions mainly as a control point to be captured by factions.

If you can't find the iron then just breed sheep and kill one of the parents. The child will replace the one that is killed.

Right now they have no reason at all to do that, it also would create a huge defeat due to Driftshade being an Imperium town.

My guess is that its an added defense to protect the mine and farms as well as a second line of defense for the town itself.
