Alright, here are my specs (Please forgive me if my computer is a massive heap of shit):
Well of course it's not running Project64 smoothly, you're trying to run it on a piece of shit.
Well of course it's not running Project64 smoothly, you're trying to run it on a piece of shit.
See? I told you! I got this thing a few years back, and of course my parents give me the biggest tub of shit they could find. By the way, Project64 runs fairly great on my computer. It's just when I have Fraps on it lags.

I require more unused content.
While Mission Impossible for the N64 may have not been the best game, it had fucking this: One of the most memorable songs from an N64 game imo.
woah hold up right there mission impossible was one of the best games ever that damn ship level. holy god was that fun
you guys seem to forget about the fuckingly bad controller, the console and game is a masterpiece, but the controller is a junk

How do you watch people play N64 games online? I'd love to watch you guys play games :)
Sometimes I would just turn on my N64 just to listen to this.
Sometimes I would just turn on my N64 just to listen to this.
"Come on Cranky, take it to the fridge!" That line has haunted me for years.

Anyone remember Glover? Well guess what: There was supposed to be a sequel! BUT it got cancelled, and some dude found an early beta cartridge of Glover 2. Fortunately, I downloaded the video the guy took and uploaded it to Youtube: One more thing: Don't ask me if I know if there's a beta rom for Glover 2 around the internet and where I can get it. (The article about how the guy found the cartridge and more is in the description. Also, don't ask me why the bird in the video makes farting and burping sounds. I have no idea what Interactive Studios was up to when they were making what's left of this game.)
you guys seem to forget about the fuckingly bad controller, the console and game is a masterpiece, but the controller is a junk
I don't know why, but I always loved the N64s controller.
I really want a N64. My old primary school (Which I back to like 20 times a year) have one and don't use it. Might ask them if I can take it off their hands.

Great console but I hated there "Lets put 64 at the end of every game" idea and now they are doing the same thing with the 3DS
What in God's fucking name is that?
A controller from a generic brand that actually allows you to hit all the buttons without moving your hands.
A controller from a generic brand that actually allows you to hit all the buttons without moving your hands.
But the D-pad was never used and the L button was used purely for taunting in SSB.
The controller was great, you could hold it in about 3-4 different ways, which gave game developers a lot of options as to how they want to do the controls. Too bad a lot of companies couldn't get their heads out of their asses so they fucked up the controls in a lot of games.
But the D-pad was never used and the L button was used purely for taunting in SSB.
Some games I recall the d-pad was used for movement, and the l button was used for toggling the map in LOZ as well as levatating if you use the game shark in various games.
Mischief Makers, both Pokemon Stadiums, and all the Bomberman games on the N64 are ones i played a lot, and i really didnt have a problem with the controller for the most part unless Mario Party was involved.
Just thought I'd post something interesting, that cartridge there is of Morita Shogi 64, a Japanese only release in 1998, which has a RJ-42 port on the top of the cartridge so you can the play game online. Cool to see what Japan was pushing in 1998, too bad we never saw online hit the n64 in the west during it's lifespan.
