Working on a map that will hopefully make good use of the jet packs. The team's bases are very WIP and blocky right now but I got the basic layout. Shields now have a separate impact FX. Particle spam fixed w/ more than 1 player. BUGS: flag particles are always red when capping the flag, the text will always say "blue team capped" (dunno why, the score addds to the normal teams) there's still audio spam when more than 2 players.

Make use of my push block prefab guys! Stick a couple in your map..

It's designed to go with movement more readily than other particles, it looks pretty thick here, but when moving around it should leave a nice looking fire trail, rather than the BWOARRRRR you see here. I'd need to get it ingame to tweak it to look best though, it still needs some visual improvement. Not sure on smoke.
Smoke usually doesn't appear when fire is moving at that rate. Look at a torch for instance.

I tried taking screenshots of the explosion but it just doesn't work, everything looks wrong when screencapped :( Dammit I'm installing fraps and I'll put this stuff on YT.
Have you guys considered some futuristic remakes of old weapons? Like the Thompson in Futurama or Fallout: New Vegas.
The explosion is pretty much just a grenade that for no apparent reason implodes on itself after it explodes.
