That's weird, the only things I can think of is to first reinstall java, it couldn't hurt, and also, re download persister, it might have gotten corrupt,

This might just be a shot in the dark but replace java with the file path to java.exe
for 64, will be something like:
"X:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe"
for 32
"X:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin"

Use a port checker to see if your ports are actually forwarded.

Are you using a new or old version? Bans were fucked in an old version, but they're fixed in recent ones.
Is there a way to build a secure iron door? Like that can be locked indefinitely from the inside but when the inside is unlocked you can lock and open as you please from outside?

The lower left switch is the lock, you might need to take out and place the door again to make it work.

After doing a Google search for 77.92.75.135, it appears to be a bot or something. It's also the IP for karmawhores.net

Minecraft isnt fair. In my quest to find a slime by just exploring, i manage to reach lava zone, and i see, with only digging 1 stone with bare hands, Diamond. just there, exposed in a big room.
Do baby slimes occur in peaceful? or do i have to flick to hard for a second, turn it back and then search for them?

It's called a challenge. It makes getting the diamond much more rewarding when you finally get it.
