I might go private. It has gotten to the point that people have discovered several flaws in the game and are now spamming my server. I will eventually go through the logs and find all the players I liked and add them to the 'builders' group on my server before I do that.

My server is going private. Like, super private. You can only get in if your name is on the whitelist, so there's not even a risk of the IP spreading.

This. You people didn't buy the game for the stable release, you bought the ALPHA. If there are bugs, deal with it, it's the Alpha. If people are dropping TNT and burning things, ban them and get over it. If someone is spamming your server and it's taking a toll on your PC, stop hosting a server. There's nothing you can do about it until Notch fixes it.
