I have 5770. Tried to change some settings but which ones do I need to change?
I got that and a pink horizon once, you need to turn off Forced AA and other AA settings.

Then that's really weird, because i've got the hd 5770 aswell.
Could be your screen resolution or something, Dpi setting.
It happens on old tv's for example. I'd say it's your monitor but i'm pretty sure that if it was your monitor it wouldn't show on the screenshot.

you are so dumb
It's the resolution you're playing at that's causing the pixels to blend together and make a weird trick of the eye pattern at a far-away glance. It happens with brick blocks all the time because of their pattern and with that reskin you have THE SAME pattern on different blocks.
Basically, since Minecraft doesn't have any AA, and similar patterns are going to blend together as they get further away from you. There's no broken graphics card or bad settings. That's it.

It doesn't have to be the resolution. Old graphic card often have that issue regardless of screen resolution.

Which settings do you have on/off on Catalyst control panel?
Using 1280x1024 resolution and what is Dpi?
