Can anybody point me in the right direction for infinite daylight?

why would you want infinite daylight? Every server i've been to is always daytime and its boring and irritating, it's like being back in creative

So can somebody tell me if it ever stops snowing in a snow world? Intermittent snow is fine, but constant is a little irritating. Wanted to have a go on a snow world but it was snowing solidly for 25 minutes so I stopped.
