Can anyone tell me if my computer can run this? All I know is that it can run Sims 3 and Spore on medium specs. The graphics card is an Integrated Intel.

It screws with the sprites of the inventory but thats it. oh it fucks with the render distance too. so you will be fine.

You can basically run this game with any PC as long as it isn't ages-old. There are adjustable fog/render distance levels in case you don't have the best computer on the market. We can't really give you exact spec requirements since there aren't any. If you can run modern games fairly well, you can run this game fairly well.
