FIFA Soccer Thread! - Games

Yeah I know about them both, tho Aresnal just feels slow to me for some reason, and Ivory Coast is good because of Doumbia (who is in CSKA already).

Schalke 04 maybe, you've got a very solid defense, with (quite) fast wing players (Afellay, Farfan, Obasi, Barnetta) and and a fast striker (Pukki), also a pretty fast midfield (Holtby 80pace, Jones as CDM with 78 pace) Also Borussia Dortmund, Reus and Kuba on the wing, Lewandowski in front, Gündogan, Bender and Götze in midfield which is dangerous and very fast. Or...above all, Spurs. This is just attack and defense...not really a midfield, they'll push up in front with everything they've got (which is really really fast).

I mainly focus on counter attacks, and just go with through balls on Doumbia and Lens and watch as my mates can't do shit against them because they outrun them and I end up 1 v 1 against goalkeeper most of the time. Doumbia And in subs I have Gonzalez and Elm when mid gets too tired, My score against my friends with this team is 17 wins 1 loss and 2 draw, and they're all decent players (tho they use everything assisted so I easily predict their moves).

Hmm..how about Spartak Moscow, quite weak in defense but when Emenike or Welliton getting a through ball...oh god. Udine is fast too...now they have Muriel and classic man Di Natale as two fast forwards. Personally, I like to play with Inter. Palacio is priceless as striker, behind him you have good players like Sneijder for the pass, Obi, Coutinho, Zanetti, Cambiasso, Gargano and a very solid defense. Also Milito feels faster than just 80 pace.

Yeah, my mate's taken Spartak (4 of us are having some little tournament thing with Russian teams), Wellinton is fast as hell and Emenike can be pain in the ass but I just slice through his defence with Doumbia. I think that CSKA may be fastest team in the whole game, I have like 5-6 players with Sprint speed or Acceleration over 90.

[b]Warning:: Do not get Lloris[/b] He cost me 80500 and he has sick stats (Fun fact: Highest combined stats of any fifa player on ultimate team) but because of his 90 diving, he feels the need to dive when the ball is on the floor - This results in him diving over the ball or diving out of the goal. Cech is 1/4 of the price and 4 times better.

I used to think 85,000 coins was like, the richest anyone could be, then i just sort of accepted that to alot of people 80k is cheap, like FrediRox said players go for like 500k +

For some reason I play really well with Galatasaray. That Yildrim guy and the other (Yilmez or st like that) are pretty fast and have great control of the ball, plus they are great finishers. I really wanted to get Fifa 13 badly and I even saved up money for it, but Origin is the sole reason I didn't get it. I still play it on my Xbox with my friends tho (and Xbox controller is by far the best controller for fifa).

Yeah I use it with Wireless Xbox 360 controller connector, but as I said the main reason I didn't get it was because of the Origin.

Most I've seen someone going for in the PC FUT app was just over $120,000 - and it was one of those black, team of the week cards.

I dunno, I just don't want too many programs that I wont even use on my PC, especially since I saw that EA takes your personal data via Origin. Also, what the [B]fuck[/B] is wrong with referees in this goddamn game? It's enough that AI unfairly cheats on tougher difficulty levels, but the referee doesn't even judge the obvious penalty, while he will give me a card for the easiest tackles. So much bullshit it's not even funny. And I still stand by the opinion that player change is fucking retarded.

[/QUOTE] The refs in all FIFA games are so horrible I'm pretty sure it's not a bug at this point and is a main selling feature, play as any Manchester team and you should get all the penalty decisions considering the FA chairman is the former Man City chairman and the current Man Utd Chief Executive is the Vice-Chairman of the Football Association. The game will never switch players for you again. Unless you mean the game doesn't switch the player you want then you should try using the right thumbstick to swap to the closest player in the that direction instead of cycling through players with the left bumper.

Uh yeah I know about manual, I use almost everything manual (except shots, I use semi because I miss too much). Right bumper doesn't help either, and it's so fucking frustrating when the ball is in the air, and I'm tappnig the LB multiple times yet it wont even change the player until the ball lands.
