Yeah I know about the packs, but I'd rather just get some players I need instaed of buying the packs and getting stuff I don't care about.

Morale cards can win you matches aswell. Never underestimate the power of the consumables.

I never, ever, never spend coins on cards, only FIFA points.. If you get really lucky you can sell 1 player from each pack for 20,000+ coins (on PC, more on Console) but usually it's 1 in every 3-4 packs you will find an 'instant seller' as I call them. I also get a lot of +2000 coins and +1000 coins cards in packs too, These are the 150 point packs by the way. I only buy 1050 Fifa Points a week ($10, I spend more at work on Coffee some days) but even with $10 worth of packs, you can make a tidy profit. Or, if you're really keen (and how I started off getting money quick) - Filter the player search to look for players between 150-200 coins... You'd be very surprised the amount of people who sell players for 150-200 instead of quick selling them - Buy them for 150-200, quick sell them for 300-350 or if you're lucky 600 coins - or if you really want, resell on the market, I got Martin Kelly for 150 and resold him for 3500 and he isn't worth close to that but the market had no Liverpool RB's in it so I upped the price and he still sold. When selling players, a lot of people won't search through every single page to find a player they want, they'll usually do the first ten or so pages (which are the ones closer to finishing) so I always go 3 hours and keep putting them back up every 3 hours, instead of days and days. Also, try to sell players when it's late afternoon/night in England - A lot more players are online and I find players sell quicker during that time.

Joe Cole was brilliant when I had just started building this team, just like Stewart Downing. They're far from great in real life though.

Question for everyone : Do you look at the formation on players you buy? or do you just buy them knowing you can change them later?

Looked more like a pass back to the keeper from the defence rather than a shot attempt. I'm happy we lost though for 3 reasons. 1. It's only the Capital Cup 2. Opens up the fixture calender for Liverpool; which is great because we have such a small squad and were playing FA Cup, Europa, Premiership and Capital Cup matches. 3. LFC looked much, much better in the second half - after Joe Cole was subbed off.

In the game he is a good player because it's just a rating on a card but in real life, he just annoys me so much, takes 90,000 a week in wages (Behind Gerrard/Suarez and same as Reina) and never plays a game; the games he has started (pre-season, cup ties, europa fixtures) he hasn't performed, not even glimpses of his former best. I don't want you to think that this is just an attack on Cole, Cole isn't the only LFC player that gets on my nerves, don't get me started on Suarez and his diving.

So basically you need 2 teams in The Ultimate Team mode so you can switch between them during the games? Anywho, this is the current squad I'm using (it's got 3 stars because I took out subs) [img]http://i.imgur.com/cHuL1.png[/img] I need to get LB and Akinfeev, but that will take me a while because I don't have coins. It would also be nice to get Emenike in place of Traore, but that would cost me way too much so I wont even bother. Doumbia gets the job done for me.

Anyone know how much Raheem Sterling is on PS3/360 FUT's he goes for about 80,000 on PC. I just dropped a 45,000 coin bid on him. Why is he so expensive? Yet I got Suarez for 20,000.

So, is it just me or bunch of people are just packing everyone in defense and they use like one or two fast strikers to score goals? That's pretty lame IMO (I still pulled out win with 4-3 tho).

Ansaldi is better at LB than Criscito, he's Argentinian and plays for Rubin Kazan. As for GK's, Akinfeev is your best bet. There are also other improvements you could make to your team. Here are some suggestions. Replace Ari at CAM with someone like Danny, Honda or Carlos Eduardo. I like Honda because he has excellent free kicks. Your wide midfielders are a bit slow, might want to invest in a bit of pace out wide. At RB you could get Anyukov.

Oh yeah, I saw him, he was just so much cheaper than Criscito that I ignored him. I'll try him out, and I guess I'll have enough money when I finish division 3 to get both of them. Deuugh the only Akinfeev suitable for my formation is 19k atm, and the other one is 200k. Got the Ansaldi for 5500 tho. Does the formation thing matter that much for a goalkeeper at all?

Well I like to have 9 chem on everyone but I play against a lot of people with GK's on bad chemistry and it doesn't seem to have any effect. What platform do you play on? On Xbox I could buy Ansaldi and Akinfeev for about 5K
