I got Pro Evo on Steam when it was released, with a mod that patches all the teams to official licensing it makes PES a lot better than FIFA 13.
I read that it even works onilne with those patches. If that's true then I'm probably crossing over to PES.

Yeah but I want to play game and have fun not get frustated because EA can't code AI for shit so it has to resort to cheating. I'm all up for it if AI beats me "fair and square".
I switched from FIFA PC to PS3 because I had mates who use it. PC was way better for graphics though, i.e crisper, etc. I'll just get a PS4.

Also it runs way better, not only gameplay wise but especially in the menu's.

Don't even try it. It's absolutely horrible.
I can't believe I payed money for PES 13, it's literally the worst sports game I have ever played.
All I know that PES 13 for X360 was so bad that I didn't even endure long enough to finish first half of the match.

Just use a website like futhead, or futwiz. Not anyway unless you're in a match.
