It will be 2-2, no goals in extra time and penalties 4-3 for chelsea
I got relagated and I'm completely put of football ever again - Anyone wanna play Fifa Street?
Fifa Street is terrible.
I know, but I don't want to play Football every again.
some one put a bet on betrand to score first. that can only end well
So many wasted chances for bayern
Gomez is shit, he has had a stinker in the semis and now a stinker int he final [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] oh god penalty [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] to bayern [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] this is tense [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] Robben has ... [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] MISSED saved by petr cech [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] In other news ribery is injured
Holy shit, Chelsea won....Hoooooowwww
fuck me. what a game, but atleast i won the bet with my friend
Good bye Tottenham :'( Modric and Adebayor
That's a travesty... I don't think a worse team has won the Champs League in a long time. Unconvincing in groups, outplayed in most of the quarters, semis and the final. Incredibly lucky. I guess you can look at it as a real underdogs story, but it's still ridiculous. There are so many better teams than them.
if some of the big tottenham players leave, i hope united snatch them up, VDV and modric would be brilliant
Dark times ahead for Spurs
That was pretty entertaining, i won 5€ in a bet with my friend. :v:
[QUOTE=FreddiRox!;36020337]Good bye Tottenham :'( Modric and Adebayor[/QUOTE] Adebayor is gone anyway for Spurs. He was on a season loan from Man City was he not? Bale will go, Modric will go. VDV might even look elsewhere. They'll all be wanting Champions League football next season [QUOTE=Lhuth;36020366]That's a travesty... Chelsea's defense has been rock solid since Di Matteo took over. They're defense against Barca at Nou Camp was outstanding. And from 10 men. And their comeback against Napoli was brilliant. They utterly deserved their place in the final
[QUOTE=FreddiRox!;36020537]Dark times ahead for Spurs[/QUOTE] I'm badly informed about this, what happens with the Spurs now that the Blues won the cup?
They lose their Chamions League spot and go to the Europa League instead

A fantastic defense, but not a lot going forwards. Mata has been tired at the close of the season and their creativity has fumbled with him. In both quarters, semis and the final (5 matches), they set up to survive as long as possible and then "hope for the best". Incredibly negative football. You can say they deserved to be there because they overcame all the odds, but honestly, there is no way they deserved it. [editline]19th May 2012[/editline] [QUOTE=Trounark;36020935]I'm badly informed about this, what happens with the Spurs now that the Blues won the cup?[/QUOTE] Only 4 English teams can go to the Champion's League. Spurs finished 4th, but Chelsea finishd outside the top 4. As winnrs, they automatically qualify, meaning 4th place don't.
Alright, thanks for clearing it up, also agreed, Chelsea didn't deserve this, fuck them and their anti-football.
Pretty decent second half, put a fiver on it to finish 1-1 which got me £35 which was nice. Looking forward to euro now. Euro predictions anyone? France's team looks really strong to me, but I've got a feeling Holland may take it. And of course there's also Spain..
Spain has a incredibly strong team but I think Germany might win it this year.
[QUOTE=Bytecry;36025668]Spain has a incredibly strong team but I think Germany might win it this year.[/QUOTE] Strongly considering Germany too.
guys obviously england are going to win. seriously, I think holland have a good shot, as do germany/spain.
I'll be putting money on Germany as well. They just look too strong.
Well..I must say Chelsea didn't deserve it and now Arsenal must play that shitty CL qualification but Bayern even if they have no title since 2 years what is like a completely no go for them, nevertheless they're still conceited. Schweinsteiger is overrated, Robben is overrated and especially Gomez is overrated, he just can score through penalty or with a nice sweaty goal and they call him one of the best strikers in the world. But all my respect goes to Manuel Neuer, to shoot a penalty in this situation, he's clearly an outstanding goalkeeper. And it would be nice if we could win this year at the Euro. We have a great young team with incredible players like Özil or Götze.
yeah I really think the pressure got to bayern, it was all on them, chelsea were the underdogs so they had no pressure. but gomez was a special kind of shit last night. robben was unlucky, the penalty went under cech, but his leg just stopped it. chelsea were extremely lucky to win, if gomez/robben/schweinsteiger were playing well, then I think it would of been an easy win for Bayern.
[QUOTE=Bytecry;36025668]Spain has a incredibly strong team but I think Germany might win it this year.[/QUOTE] Keep in mind David Villa has a broken leg, and besides him I'm not sure who Vincente will play up front. He's had something against Torres for a while it seems so I doubt it will be him, probably Soldado, who I don't rate whatsoever.

Llorente and Soldado probably Negredo as third option. Spain's midfield is dangerous but I think you have to set their defense under pressure. I think it will be LB Alba CB Ramos and Pique or maybe Martinez and RB Arbeloa or Iraola.
