I still think Crysis have the most realistic AI I have seen in any game. Sure, they might not be the smartest, but they behave realistically. That's also what I was hoping Farcry 2 was going to have, but since it didn't the game was ruined for me.

FC2 ai was just awful, compared to anything.
Strength mode needs to let you jump farther rather than only straight up.

It seems alot of people don't know that strength mode also makes weapons easier to fire by greatly reducing their recoil.
