So frothtastic, and I (Stolenbike at the moment) needed to build a fountain to cover up an ugly spot on the map. We failed the first time and started rebuilding when Paragon told us he could make a better one. So we challenged him. These are the results:

We haven't seen any stealing lately, it only really happens when you place valuable stuff in highly trafficked places (IE: the first few rapture apartments). Don't leave your rolex in the office, etc.
I just restarted the server so anyone who was added to the whitelist before now can join.
