Would anyone know why my scanner doesn't detect complete black, or rather why it makes everything brighter? I think there has to be something that's more black than the general image, though I don't know what that could be, I've tried cleaning it several times, but for some reason the scanned image is still gray, instead of black.
I thought SMP was buggy to hell?

I checked the scanner and there isn't anything in it. Sometimes there's a black line on the side of the scanned image, which is probably connected to his. The only thing I can think of is that it's scanning the plastic around the scanner.

It's a few months old, so it's still new. And I've tried several stuff with the settings but it never works. It worked when we bought it, and nothing's changed since then, yet it messes up every image. I just thought about asking here, since I didn't find anything on google, and it's kinda related with minecraft. Off and away to Tech Support. Woosh.
