you are a square person that is 2 meters tall in a world where you can fashion bookcases out of reeds and paper and beat the eggs out of chickens
realism has no place in this game
No, buy the game
I have the game, however I was going to host a LAN game for some friends that don't have it but they keep getting kicked for account verification. Do they just have to buy it also?
Wait I've heard of an inventory editor that lets you save your inventory even if you log off. Has this thread found it yet?

Don't think of it as realism, think of it as a challenge!
Maybe if you kept it on normal, the game would stay the way it is now, but if you kicked it up to hard, then the extra challenges of gathering food, and making sure zombies don't bust through your walls are added.
I think it would make the game more fun.
Today, for the first time in minecraftian history, Robbobin and me, Yannickgd have found a DOUBLE dungeon!
the loot was of course easily divided, but were not shure who gets the spawners.

That's easy, nobody does.
Haven't found a dungeon yet, any tips on searching?
I've yet to find one too.
You just gotta get lucky to find a dungeon... I usually see mossy cobblestone on the surface of the world and burrow my way in.
Haven't found a dungeon yet, any tips on searching?
1: get cartograph
2: choose specific world
3: make an arrow out of cobblestone (doesnt matter wich way its pointing
4: start up cartgograph and choose the desired world, then type 48 in the square that has only behind it
look at the map generated, and where your arrow is, all squares are dungeons, and if you want you can also do 48 (mossy cobblestone) only, and compare the 2 to be sure they're an dungeon.
I just used that before typing this.
I'm not sure if Notch was saying yes to Thunderstorms or flying birds. either one would be amazing.

This is for 1 day.
Running Debian 5.0 x86 with 2 GB of ram. I made it so the server uses more ram but the defualt usually hangs around 1.18 GB. Most of the first day is just me installing Debian and java. The rest is with 5-10 people in the server. Which is 15 slots. Lag is very minimum. I love haze http://hazenet.co.uk/.

Posting this here just so you guys know hwo a 15 slot server runs with 2GB and about 5-10 people on it.

Is there any way to play Minecraft offline without logging in?
Is there any way to play Minecraft offline without logging in?
If you have no internet, you can attempt to log in and it gives you an option to play offline.
I need some help guys.
I just can't find the motivation to play this game anymore :ohdear:
Yes just attempt to log in and it will give an option to play offline if it fails
Ninja'd by 2 minutes.

I think you have to have logged in online at least once before that though, to confirm you bought the game.
