I enjoy my texture pack a lot, ya grump. I don't go around insulting other people's texture packs just because I don't like the style; everyone has their own tastes, get the hell over it.

And since when do pictures have to be to your exact specification? Since when can't they be different? A postcard-style is just a different style from a square picture with nothing in it. Yeah, the text may silly, but it was just for kicks at the start. Maybe ishmael does it a bit crazy with it from time to time, but honestly, it's just good fun. 'Wish you were here' is what the classic postcard has, so don't rage if we use it.

Might as well add to this, don't get so worked up about privatism. If we let every single person in, we might let in a few good builders, but a lot of people build stuff that just makes SMP look like classic servers + a few blocks and a bigger map. Or, worse yet, griefers come in with tnt, fire, or just a pick and a lot of time. Quality over quantity. Besides, hey0 is constantly coming out with awesome updates for his script, as well as many other server scripts getting cool features. Soon enough a server will have enough admin-power that griefers can be dealt with a lot easier, allowing for a much more public server.

For some reason, this little rock with its waterfall and cave really inspired me a lot and I think its one of the coolest things I've seen in my years of gaming so far.
