Could be because you're trying to run a version that you're computer doesn't support (your CPU must support SSE or SSE2 if you're trying to run those versions)

Crappy uploads is something everyone hates - get smarter, kids! There are most definitely a lot of possibilities that haven't been explored yet.
I've added a limit on the number of tags you can add to a save, to keep spam-voting down and to make the tag box look better - save owners, keep in mind you can delete tags if you'd rather your save be tagged with something else.
More anti-spam systems are in the works, since some people can't seem to handle voting for one-word tags in a sane way.
