Playing as a human marksman, name: Reon Xomeke 1.) So lost even with the pre-cu guide, my mind is pretty much dead from that reading. (Kinda dunno what I'm doing) 2.) I've finally realized how to "advance" my skills by getting that xp and paying up at a NPC, but I've read that some players can "teach" these skills to you. (Can you elaborate, or could someone add me to their friends list so I could ask some questions?)
Added all current FPers to friendslist. Going to try to invite to guilds when you guys get online. [editline]11:38PM[/editline] K guys we got a free ventrilo server, if you got a mic, join it. If you don't got a mic, join it anyway. IP:65.82.186.232 Port:3784

(Kinda dunno what I'm doing) What I did, is I just kind of discovered the game for myself. It may seem hard, but in the end it will be a lot more satisfying than having someone just tell you what to do and where to do it. If you need help, feel free to pm me (Ciry or DarkH-ny) or any other FPer that plays and we would be glad to help you with whatever you need 2.) Go into any populated town and usually there is a crowd in front of the star port or cantina. Head there and start asking people if they can teach you your skill. Or look for a Master Brawler (or whatever prof you need
Somewhat answers your questions. I'm also relatively new so bare with me on this one, and feel free to add me. (name is in post)
So hows the latency in the server? I mean.. Well what would the average ping be?
So hows the latency in the server? I mean.. Well what would the average ping be?
I live on the east coast, and my ping is around 110. Not bad, but I'm not sure where the server is.
I live on the east coast, and my ping is around 110. Not bad, but I'm not sure where the server is.
It's on Chicago according to the site.
My username is lil_n00blett and in-game I am Goch Poustre, the Sullastan. Feel free to add me, and invite me to the guild when you get the chance, Perfumly.

Is there still perma death in this?
Not in the emu, not sure if they will implement it when it goes live.
Not in the emu, not sure if they will implement it when it goes live.
Your anus was the first one to become force sensitive. I have a feeling I will be surging with the force tomorrow. Just you watch.
-snip late as fuckkkk- and Perfumly, congrats man. Have fun doing the buggy rumors :v: I've been trying on my main to get Jedi, such a long process. :sigh:
Your anus was the first one to become force sensitive. I have a feeling I will be surging with the force tomorrow. Just you watch.
Not even possible you turd burglar
I finally got Surveying I. Jesus Christ. A friend and I wasted all our money and the last things we bought were tickets to Mos Espa because someone said there was money to be made their. Hardly anything at all, so we made a long trek all the way across the planet back to Mos Eisley and I got killed by a Krayt along the way. [editline]12:01AM[/editline] I'm pretty stumped at this point as for how to get money without quests or anything. Are they including a way to make money/quests in V1?
Is there still perma death in this?
I hope you kids have to feel my pain that I felt with my force sensitive character.
I'm pretty stumped at this point as for how to get money without quests or anything. I say just make a combat alt so you can do missions and give the money you get to your Artisan until you advance.
Is anyone in the ventrilo?
I hope you kids have to feel my pain that I felt with my force sensitive character.
You're not the only one who had a FS character :colbert:
Server's Deadlocked again, it seems. [editline]09:44AM[/editline] Or not. [editline]09:44AM[/editline] Or maybe yeah.
the swg emu website isn't showing me anything but the forums, no matter what I click, no matter what browser (tried IE, Firefox and Chrome). Anyone else got the same problem?
the swg emu website isn't showing me anything but the forums, no matter what I click, no matter what browser (tried IE, Firefox and Chrome). Anyone else got the same problem?
Yeah, it just redirects to the forums.
IRC Works, but yes everything else seems to redirect to forums.
Thanks people. Now I'm getting an "incorrect password" error when I try to log in with my forum name and password. Is the server down or anything? [editline]10:01PM[/editline] I just read the post above my last one, so I guess the answer is "yes".... [editline]10:19PM[/editline] turns out I have to copy my password from notepad in order to make it work.
Server's up, though. It was just a temporary shutdown.
I think I'll give this a shot with you all. All I have to do is find my disks again. To get everything ready, all I need is a forum account, and the new launchpad?
Pretty much, yeah.
Not in the emu, not sure if they will implement it when it goes live.
one of the devs max said that permadeath was removed before the publish SWGEmu is on.
You're not the only one who had a FS character :colbert:
Oooh nice, a fellow jedi within our midst.
So I tried logging in, and it said "The connection to the login screen is now open..." or something like that. And it kept loading for about 5 minutes and did nothing. Did something happen?
