Mass Effect 2.
It's not a turn based rpg...
Oh, Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike. Problem was I never owned a Gamecube.
Hot damn, i'd forgotten about Rebel Strike.
Half-Life 2. I never actually bought it, a person I had never ever talked to on Steam gifted it to me.
But I had seen it in the store before that and always wanted to buy it.
Borderlands and Deadspace.
Bought Oblivion Game of the Year Edition Deluxe on Steam. My PC, for some reason, can't play it since the game just freezes and does nothing whenever I choose to start a new game, or even select the option to quit the game from the menu.
Although I bought it, I could never play it considering I really wanted to.
I am interested in eventually playing Eve online.
Crysis.
Red Faction Guerilla - the fancy environment physics were very tempting, I just never got round to spending money on it
I'd probably be the same about Just Cause 2 but I'm on XP
The Sims 3
The 2009 version of Wolfenstein and The Saboteur.
The Saboteur was just like Red Faction Guerrilla. Except it sucked.
Saint's Row 2
Shadow of the Colossus. Street Fighter IV. And up until now, Alpha Protocol.

The physics are cool and all but it stops being as cool and entertaining after a while and seeing as how the game take takes place on mars there's not that many big buildings to destroy.
I wanted to get Just Cause 2 when it came out and I still want it, I'm just waiting for it to get cheaper or a steam sale
Saints row 1/2,halo1/2/3 , and the old prince of persia trilogy games
Metro 2033
Shadow of the Colossus
Urban Chaos: Riot Response
All the Jak games
All the Rachet and Clank games
All the Prince of Persia games
MGS1
I could name games for hours. Pretty much every PS2 game that was on the old Playstation magazine demo discs I wanted but never got.
Tiberium Wars and Red Alert 3.
GRAW. I've heard good and bad things about the game and ultimately decided not to buy it even though it's around 10 dollars these days.
Metro 2033
I have this game but I haven't played past the first few levels for some reason, which is odd because I've played from start to finish all the STALKER games at least twice.
This is the thread for all and any games from the past, or perhaps recently as well, that you always wanted to buy and play but, for various reasons, never did.
For me it has to be Ghost Master, from 2003.

From the first time I spotted it I knew it looked like something I thought i'd enjoy and there was numerous times I looked it over in my local game store. The thing is though, every time I saw it, it was either in passing on my way somewhere else or when I had no means of paying for it.
I'd always tell myself, I'll just get it next time, when I have money and time to buy it. Unfortunately I missed all my chances and haven't seen it in stores for years. I'm sure I could get it online or Steam these days but i'm not sure if I'd enjoy it, seeing how much my tastes in gaming have changed.
I fucking remember this game! I played it when it first came out for a tiny bit, but I was only like 10, so my dad had to install it for me. When we got a new computer, I couldn't find it again. I haven't remembered this game since I had played it 7 years ago.
Red Dead Redemption
I dont want to go through the grueling process of setting up my console to the tv. Stupid reason, I know.
