Or you went into in game Steam mode, then returned to find this. Just hit shift once more.
Yeah, that would be it.
Thanks all of you, for the help.

:smug:
Didn't take too long.
Why is this happening?

Whenever I try and change direction while moving, it just makes that line, and the unit continues to where I clicked first, then goes there where I changed it to.
Doesn't sound like much, but it makes it very difficult for me.
I probably just hit a button I didn't mean to, but I can't find out which one it is, so I can't toggle it off.
I had this in beta. It is the steam overlay bugging here.
If you go into and out of the overlay fast enough it does this. Shift+Tab again and it should fix.
Damnit why did they have to make such hard things to unlock portraits that I would want. Like the Kerri one requires you to beat the campaign on brutal. And to get reaper I would have to play melee which I suck at. Well anyways the vision that overmind had is rather spooky. Atleast I managed to get the archive secured. But I felt sad when [sp]Zeratul and Artanis died[/sp]
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW
starcraft 2's saves fucked me over
i did all of these missions for the diamond back goliath siege tank and reaper and then all of a sudden Zeratul comes and then I do his mission and then fuckin' when I get back to the ship i've lost all of my missions and all I have is firebat, Marauder and fuckin' helion.
i try to load back to where i was before it BUT IT FUCKIN DELETED THOSE SAVES

I had something similar happen to me. When I finished the destroy purifier mission I got taken back to the first level. I exited SCII and entered it again and loaded the mission end save and it worked fine.
Holy shit when they said you have to make hard decisions they really weren't fucking around.
I'm at Haven. What should I do?!?!??!!??!!? :ohdear:

I laughed and shed tears when I heard just now that SCII doesn't have LAN.
:smithicide:
Also asking here.
Fucking hell, can you change from EU server to US server? 'cause if I buy this, I want to play with my friends, not some random people :colbert:
No, it's like World of Warcraft.
No, it's like World of Warcraft.
I've not played that. Do you mean you can't ever play online with people living in a country that uses a different server?
I've not played that. Do you mean you can't ever play online with people living in a country that uses a different server?
Yep.
That's a very bad decision. I want to get raped by koreans on occasion.
I'm disappointed that this game seems to be all about spamming units as quickly as you can, fuck tactics.
no way dude
the enemies can spam whatever units they want, if you have a good counter unit it won't matter

Think like a 40k Space Marine (choose the Protoss option). Has worked great for me for now (also hoes before bros, you'll know what it means when the time comes).
Also I finished the memories, [sp]the last one was awesome[/sp]. Now I have [sp]finished the mission with the broadcasting, now I have to go get the final piece of the artifact.[/sp]
Holy shit at the ending. Next game will be interesting.
This one was pretty darn short though. Ended way sooner than i had hoped.
lasting longer than i was expecting to be honest and finally a singleplayer on a rts that doesn't feel tedious and boring as shit like alot have been.
Need to get my friend to get this so we can revive the team. We were in platinum league in 2v2 in the beta.

I agree
Actually a surprisingly long singleplayer
I had no intention to play singleplayer, but I'm actually enjoying it.
The custom game system is really shit. It only shows the most played games and if you keep clicking "show more" to find something less popular, no one else will join because it's so far down the list.
JohnnyMo, you want to play a few matches? Friend code is 720, name is darkrei9n.
Just made a battle.net account and was wondering what all this about guest passes are for Starcraft 2, what does it let you do?
[sp]Fuuuuck I wish destroyed the nydus worms. Brood lords and mutas I can deal with but constantly having to keep a strike team ready to deal with worms is ridiculous, especially since I use the same team to deal with Kerrigan so she doesn't rip through my wall. And the longer you leave the worms go, the tougher the shit that comes out of them is.[/sp]
A couple battlecruisers work great.
I just played a match and figured out mothership could easily be rushed.
Turns out she was nerfed to ashes. :saddowns:

I just used a big squadron of banshees for the worms on that mission.
Holy hell, glad I saved myself $60. From what I can gather, this has some of the worst story I've ever heard.
[sp] I mean I watched all the cinematics and saw that all the new characters were pointless and that Kerrigan is snow white, but holy hell. The overmind made Kerrigan to free the zerg? Meaning kill himself? Wouldn't a gun, a bullet, and a tentacle do the job? Minsk is making the hybrids? The Xel'naga are coming back to kill everything with no motive? Zeratul snorted the overmind and saw the future?[/sp]
Jebus, TH89 and Uberslug could write a better story
Xera/258
I'm EU. Add me if you fancy some games.

Why the hell would anyone watch all the story cinematics without playing? Your plot points are rather messed up too. But now it's too late for you to enjoy it. Half the plot is told outside cinematics.
Despite having no plans to get Starcraft 2 today, my brother came home with the game today. Such is the power of this game.
I was able to play quite a bit, and I am impressed. The game seems very fun, and from what youtube has shown me (and wasting hours with custom maps in WCIII) I am eagerly looking forward to custom gamemodes. I however, am not looking forward to paid DLC...
Paid DLC? Do you mean the other 2 full length campaigns?
Wow, this thread is one day old and it only has 8 pages, considering the hype around this game was humongous. Also, why the fuck is the EU version like $80 instead of $60?
Also,
Uh.. it isn't?

You got that all wrong dude. Not to mention you missed out on 80% of the game by going by just the cinematics. There are tons of in-game videos. Also, the Xel Naga do have a motive to kill their creations, and a lot of everything you are pointing out was explained in the first Starcraft. The Xel Naga motive is unknown as far as I know or remember, but it doesn't mean it's not there.
Is the [sp]Protoss/Zerg hybrid[/sp] plotline touched upon at all, or was that considered non-canon?
EDIT: Disregard, found out that it is very well canon and important to the story. :sweatdrop:
