I like Irda now. I don't care if he plays zerg, I'm still rocking a protoss carrier here though.

I've played Terran since SC1 and it's kinda sad when your favourite race is so extremely easy in one match-up (Zerg). Just got into platinum playing on the NA servers. Grav/738... I've been looking to add some Facepunchers to train/play custom games. Also, I wanted to start playing Zerg. How do you Zs organize your forces in control groups? Hatch 5, Queen 4 or somethin'?

That way I can have my zerglings in one group, hydras/roaches in another, banelings in yet another, and infestors in the final free reasonable slot.

I tried changing many times for 1-4 units 5-0 hatches but I can't get use to it.

I happen to love starcraft 2, does anyone know if there is a starcraft 2 avatar megathread? like avatars made out of characters from starcraft 2? I'd love someone if they would kindly give me a link. -Scratch that-

Has anyone here tried their hand at the Galaxy Editor yet? I've been off and on it for the last couple of days. It seems a bit complicated to me so I decided to start small with a melee map. Clearly it will take me a few days to properly balance it and decorate it but so far it's not looking too too bad. I just wish I was a faster learner.

Because you don't say zee-lous you say zell-ous (Zealous). And that's what they are, Zealous fanatics. Indeed it is a very in depth editor. I'm playing around with terrain right now and I'm enjoying just that. Making things look neat with doodadds is fun.

One spine crawler, queen and zerglings will stop any protoss bullshit early game.

Most intense 2v2 ever. Me and my friend vs Protoss and Terran. Game was dragging on and me and my friend were getting destroyed slowly, I started massing voidrays as an end game go out with a bang kinda thing when the terran player crashed. The protoss player had the invisible zealots and was slowly destroying my base while I slowly destroyed his. Turns out we both were nil on resources, and as he was destroying the last of my structures I managed to spend all my resources on a nexus, forge, cannons, crystals, and stargate. He only had two crystals that were surrounded by cannons. Near the end his invisibles ran to my last base, my cannons spotted him and I brought out my last 5 void rays and killed them, he was out of men and resources and I slowly started chewing away through his cannons. Intense game, can't believe we won.

Always had drones sitting around or being useless 2. What kind of build is this? I had no clue what you were going for. 3. You got gas before spawning pool but took ages to put anything on it. 4. You got your second gas before even using the gas you gathered from the first. 5. Sloppy minerals. You had so much unused minerals and like 900 gas wtf is that. 6. You pretty much just tossed your zerglings away. Zelots will destroy you if you just 'a' click on them. 7. If you were going roaches you don't need near that much gas nor do you need to tech up your hatch. By the time he had those units in your base you should have much more than that, you're lucky he didn't attack sooner. Took you forever to make any type of attacking unit. Hard to watch. Marines will usually dominate Void Rays if spammed decently enough according to the games i've played. I had one of the most fucking epic gaming experiences ever. So I was doing a 3v3 with my friends and we were just chilling, I was planning on massing Battle cruisers until some reapers came by and destroyed ALL of our SCVs(we went all Terran). So we have to train all of our SCVs again until they launched an attack of marines, thors, void rays, and Battlecruisers. I got my four battlecruisers and Yamato cannon'd as many big units as I can. So they kept picking off our base time by time while we went hunting for expansions. It would be like I have all 12 of my Battlecruisers, destroy an expo only to be alerted by the pinging noise of my friends signaling an attack of marines, void rays, thors, and Battlecruisers. I Yamato cannon'd them as well. Thank god the enemy battlecruisers didn't have Yamato cannons. So this goes on for around an hour until all of our mineral fields and vespene geysers go out. And then the enemies gave us a message too that they're all out of minerals and vespene geysers. So I just got around 8 Battlecruisers and cruised around the map, destroying all three of their bases, with no resistance other else than 20 scvs attacking our base due to lack of marines. If the other teammate is relying on purely void rays and you destroy those void rays, that will be it for them.

It pays to get two queens up early-game versus Terran players; they love air harasses early-game. [editline]06:12AM[/editline] Also, you can bust a Terran who's running a marine/marauder/hellion setup with a baneling bust or ultralisks and lings quite easily. It's not as potent as it used to be.

If you are Terran and they come at you with banelings against your bioball, you better pack that shit up in medivacs real fucking fast. If you don't, it's game over.

Anyone running SC2 on ultra settings? Agree for yes or disagree for no.
