This is going to look like a completely stupid build that failed, but I think it was okay. I don't get any queens in the beginning to get a faster expansion up, then a third hatchery to wall off and for enough larvae. He got mutas pretty fast and didn't get any banelings or roaches in the beginning. I had more drones than him so I should have stayed in the game longer and could probably defend if I waited for more hydras. But I left cause it felt like I couldn't defend my expo and would just lose from there. Here's 2 more practice games of me losing in zvz :) Sort of a long game. Tried to defend a third base. Maybe if I spread creep more and position my spine crawlers there. Maybe he was already too far ahead already, I don't know. So I just bought this game and I don't have any experience in starcraft. I played the first when I was like 7-9 but all I played was TD and shit and I don't know jack about microing. I've played a lot of other RTS games but they didn't require that much micro and instead focused on macro. Is there some sort of tutorial or something that I can look at so I don't completely suck? I find myself building up loads of excess resources and not advancing on the tech tree fast enough/I can't counter for shit.

It's annoying in 2v2s though, where one guy will do the cheesing while the other actual builds up and helps with the harassment.

ahahah i just wrecked some plat player his build order was roughly pylon->forge->cannons but he built them inside his base instead of mine, someone should tell him thats not how you cannon rush

I just ragequitted Starcraft for the night after one game on Spacestation. It was PvT, and the guy just turtled inside his base, I was having no luck getting to him because of blocked ramp and missile turret/bunker spam. I finally get a shitload of zealots and stalkers, a mothership, and a few void rays. I proceed to mass recall and fuck his shit up. Unfortunately, several buildings got away. While I was hunting them down, and I got all of them, a million fucking banshees (I think, the cloaked flyer?) and kills all like, twenty of the proton cannons I have at each nexus, and all my buildings. Then, I'm frantically going around the map, wondering where the fuck his last building is so I can kill it before he kills me. And then it hits me. THAT FUCKING FLOATING BIT BETWEEN THE BASES. I send my last three void rays in there (I only have a pylon now, so they're all I'm going to have.) and they run into a MASSIVE wall of missile turrets. VRs die, he kills pylon with million banshees, I lose. God fuck it all!
